Pull x86 EFI changes from Ingo Molnar:
 "This consists of two main parts:

   - New static EFI runtime services virtual mapping layout which is
     groundwork for kexec support on EFI (Borislav Petkov)

   - EFI kexec support itself (Dave Young)"
