Artem Bityutskiy 94780d4de2 UBI: bugfix: allocate mandatory EBs first ... First allocate the necessary eraseblocks, then the optional ones. Otherwise it allocates all PEBs for bad EB handling, and fails on then following EBA LEB allocation.
