Youling Tang a21df7a1d6 powerpc: Use common STABS_DEBUG and DWARF_DEBUG and ELF_DETAILS macro
Use the common STABS_DEBUG and DWARF_DEBUG and ELF_DETAILS macro rule for
the linker script in an effort.
