Kalle Jokiniemi aecedb94b3 OMAP3: DMA: Enable idlemodes for DMA OCP 
This patch enables MStandby smart-idle mode, autoidle smartidle mode,
and the autoidle bit for DMA4_OCP_SYSCONFIG.
