Clément Léger 63f93a3ca8 riscv: hwprobe: export Zihintpause ISA extension ... Export the Zihintpause ISA extension through hwprobe which allows using "pause" instructions. Some userspace applications (OpenJDK for instance) uses this to handle some locking back-off.
