Switch all drivers accessing sub-device state to use the stream-aware functions. We will soon remove the old ones. Also Coccinelle introduced indentation by space in files drivers/media/i2c/st-mipid02.c and drivers/media/platform/rockchip/rkisp1/rkisp1-isp.c. This has been also corrected.
