The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns void. Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove callback to the void returning variant. * Workaround when base CPU frequnecy is 1000 or 1200 MHz

*
* Switching the CPU from the L2 or L3 frequencies (250/300 or 200 MHz

* amount of time to let VDD stabilize to the appropriate

* might start operating at L0 before the voltage is stabilized,

* leading to CPU stalls.

* To work around this problem, we prevent switching directly from the

* L2/L3 frequencies to the L0 frequency, and instead switch to the L1

* 1. First switch from L2/L3 (200/250/300 MHz) to L1 (500/600 MHz)
* 2. Sleep 20ms for stabling VDD voltage

* 3. Then switch from L1 (500/600 MHz) to L0 (1000/1200 MHz).
