This patch finalizes the KMS cleanup task dependency from drm_display_mode. It removes the use of drm_mode_object from drm_display_mode struct and it removes the use of base.id and base.type from drm_display_mode struct print string. * - DRM_MODE_TYPE_USERDEF: Mode defined via kernel command line

* - DRM_MODE_TYPE_DEFAULT: Again a leftover, use
* DRM_MODE_TYPE_PREFERRED instead.
* - DRM_MODE_TYPE_CLOCK_C and DRM_MODE_TYPE_CRTC_C: Define leftovers
