Andrey Konovalov 0fea6e9af8 kasan, arm64: expand CONFIG_KASAN checks

(either related to shadow memory or compiler instrumentation). Expand
those into CONFIG_KASAN_GENERIC || CONFIG_KASAN_SW_TAGS.
