Lubomir Rintel ec6bbddef6 dt-bindings: clock: Make marvell,mmp2-clock a power controller
This is a binding for the MMP2 power management units. As such apart from
providing the clocks, they also manage the power islands.

title: Marvell MMP2 and MMP3 Clock Controller
maintainers:
- Lubomir Rintel <lkundrak@v3.sk>
description: |
The clock subsystem on MMP2 or MMP3 generates and supplies clock to various
controllers within the SoC.
Each clock is assigned an identifier and client nodes use this identifier
to specify the clock which they consume.
All these identifiers could be found in <dt-bindings/clock/marvell,mmp2.h>.
