The clock driver depends on ZYNQMP_FIRMWARE which in turn depends on ARCH_ZYNQMP. Simplify the Kconfig by dropping the redundant dependency on ARCH_ZYNQMP as it'll be applied transitively via ZYNQMP_FIRMWARE.
