Neil Armstrong 4eed2812de phy: amlogic: meson-axg-mipi-pcie-analog: replace DSI_LANE definitions with BIT() macro
For consistency, replace DSI_LANE definitions with BIT() macro and remove the unused
DSI_LANE_MASK definition.
