linux/fs/kernel_read_file.c
Al Viro 1da91ea87a introduce fd_file(), convert all accessors to it.
For any changes of struct fd representation we need to
turn existing accesses to fields into calls of wrappers.
Accesses to struct fd::flags are very few (3 in linux/file.h,
1 in net/socket.c, 3 in fs/overlayfs/file.c and 3 more in
explicit initializers).
	Those can be dealt with in the commit converting to
new layout; accesses to struct fd::file are too many for that.
	This commit converts (almost) all of f.file to
fd_file(f). It's not entirely mechanical ('file' is used as
a member name more than just in struct fd) and it does not
even attempt to distinguish the uses in pointer context from
those in boolean context; the latter will be eventually turned
into a separate helper (fd_empty()).

	NOTE: mass conversion to fd_empty(), tempting as it
might be, is a bad idea; better do that piecewise in commit
that convert from fdget...() to CLASS(...).

[conflicts in fs/fhandle.c, kernel/bpf/syscall.c, mm/memcontrol.c
caught by git; fs/stat.c one got caught by git grep]
[fs/xattr.c conflict]

* kernel_read_file() - read file contents into a kernel buffer
*
* @file: file to read from
* @offset: where to start reading from (see below).
* @buf: pointer to a "void *" buffer for reading into (if
* *@buf is NULL, a buffer will be allocated, and
* @buf_size will be ignored)
* @buf_size: size of buf, if already allocated. If @buf not
* allocated, this is the largest size to allocate.
* @file_size: if non-NULL, the full size of @file will be
* written here.
* @id: the kernel_read_file_id identifying the type of
* file contents being read (for LSMs to examine)
*
* @offset must be 0 unless both @buf and @file_size are non-NULL
* (i.e. the caller must be expecting to read partial file contents
* via an already-allocated @buf, in at most @buf_size chunks, and
* will be able to determine when the entire file was read by
* checking @file_size). This isn't a recommended way to read a
* file, though, since it is possible that the contents might
* change between calls to kernel_read_file().
*
* Returns number of bytes read (no single read will be bigger
* than SSIZE_MAX), or negative on error.
