f2b710826f ARM: dts: omap3-gta04: add camera interface parallel port
The GTA04 has an optional OV9655 camera (for which we do
not yet have a driver upstream), but the ISP hardware
connection description in the device tree is independent
of that.

eaf2dbd0d2 ARM: dts: omap3-gta04: map antenna detect GPIO to SW_LINEIN_INSERT key event
GTA04 can detect presence/absence or plug-in of an external
GPS antenna through a gpio. The best match for an event code
is SW_LINEIN_INSERT.

fa99c21ecb ARM: dts: omap3-gta04: make NAND partitions compatible with recent U-Boot
Vendor defined U-Boot has changed the partition scheme a while ago:

* kernel partition 6MB
* file system partition uses the remainder up to end of the NAND
* increased size of the environment partition (to get an OneNAND compatible base address)
* shrink the U-Boot partition

Let's be compatible (e.g. Debian kernel built from upstream).

3723c63247 treewide: convert ISO_8859-1 text comments to utf-8
Almost all files in the kernel are either plain text or UTF-8 encoded. A
couple however are ISO_8859-1, usually just a few characters in a C
comments, for historic reasons.

This converts them all to UTF-8 for consistency.

2f34a64aea ARM: Device-tree updates
Business as usual -- the bulk of our changes are to devicetree files
with new hardware support, new SoCs and platforms, and new board types.

 New SoCs/platforms:
  - Raspberry Pi Compute Module (CM1) and IO board
  - i.MX6SSL from NXP
  - Renesas RZ/N1D SoC (R9A06G032), Dual Cortex-A7 with Ethernet, CAN and
    PLC interfaces
  - TI AM654 SoC, Quad Cortex-A53, safety subsystem with Cortex-R5
controllers, communication and PRU subsystem and lots of other
    interfaces (PCIe, USB3, etc).

 New boards and systems:
  - Several Atmel at91-based boards from Laird
  - Marvell Armada388-based Helios4 board from SolidRun
  - Samsung Aires-based phones (s5pv210)
  - Allwinner A64-based Pinebook laptop

In addition to the above, there's the usual amount of new devices
described on existing platforms, fixes and tweaks and new minor variants
 of boards/platforms.

d5acba26bf Char/Misc driver patches for 4.19-rc1
Here is the bit set of char/misc drivers for 4.19-rc1

There is a lot here, much more than normal, seems like everyone is
writing new driver subsystems these days... Anyway, major things here
 are:
 	- new FSI driver subsystem, yet-another-powerpc low-level
 	  hardware bus
 	- gnss, finally an in-kernel GPS subsystem to try to tame all of
the crazy out-of-tree drivers that have been floating around
for years, combined with some really hacky userspace
implementations. This is only for GNSS receivers, but you
have to start somewhere, and this is great to see.
Other than that, there are new slimbus drivers, new coresight drivers,
new fpga drivers, and loads of DT bindings for all of these and existing
 drivers.

Full details of everything is in the shortlog.

All of these have been in linux-next for a while with no reported
 issues.

9604ff923c Start using ti-sysc with device tree data for omap4 l4 devices
With ti-sysc driver working for most use cases, we can start converting
the omap variant SoCs to use device tree data for the interconnect target
modules instead of the legacy hwmod platform data.

We start with omap4 l4 devices excluding the ones that still depend on
a reset controller driver like DSP MMU. And we don't yet convert the l4
ABE instance as that needs a bit more work.

We also add a proper interconnect hierarchy for the devices while at it
to make further work on genpd easier and to avoid most deferred probe
 issues.

At this point we are not dropping any platform data, and we initially
still use it to validate the dts data. Then in later merge cycles we
can start dropping the related platform data.

8199e49ff1 ARM: dts: r8a77(43|9[013]): Add missing OPP properties for CPUs
The OPP properties, like "operating-points", should either be present
for all the CPUs of a cluster or none. If these are present only for a
subset of CPUs of a cluster then things will start falling apart as soon
as the CPUs are brought online in a different order. For example, this
will happen because the operating system looks for such properties in
the CPU node it is trying to bring up, so that it can create an OPP
table.

Add such missing properties.

Fix other missing properties (like, clock latency, voltage tolerance,
etc) as well to make it all work.
