064a91771f SUNRPC: use different lock keys for INET6 and LOCAL
xprtsock.c reclassifies sock locks based on the protocol.
However there are 3 protocols and only 2 classification keys.
The same key is used for both INET6 and LOCAL.

This causes lockdep complaints. The complaints started since Commit
ea9afca88b ("SUNRPC: Replace use of socket sk_callback_lock with
sock_lock") which resulted in the sock locks beings used more.

So add another key, and renumber them slightly.

7c81e6a9d7 SUNRPC: Tweak TCP socket shutdown in the RPC client
We only really need to call shutdown() if we're in the ESTABLISHED TCP
state, since that is the only case where the client is initiating a
close of an established connection.

If the socket is in FIN_WAIT1 or FIN_WAIT2, then we've already initiated
socket shutdown and are waiting for the server's reply, so do nothing.

In all other cases where we've already received a FIN from the server,
we should be able to just close the socket.

bc1c56e9bb SUNRPC: prevent port reuse on transports which don't request it.
If an RPC client is created without RPC_CLNT_CREATE_REUSEPORT, it should
not reuse the source port when a TCP connection is re-established.
This is currently implemented by preventing the source port being
recorded after a successful connection (the call to xs_set_srcport()).

However the source port is also recorded after a successful bind in xs_bind().
This may not be needed at all and certainly is not wanted when
RPC_CLNT_CREATE_REUSEPORT wasn't requested.

So avoid that assignment when xprt.reuseport is not set.

With this change, NFSv4.1 and later mounts use a different port number on
each connection. This is helpful with some firewalls which don't cope
well with port reuse.

This comment was introduced by commit 6ea44adce9
("SUNRPC: ensure correct error is reported by xs_tcp_setup_socket()").

I believe EIO was a typo at the time: it should have been EAGAIN.

Subsequently, commit 0445f92c5d ("SUNRPC: Fix disconnection races")
changed that to ENOTCONN.

Rather than trying to keep the comment here in sync with the code in

ac9645c873 sunrpc: fix xs_read_xdr_buf for partial pages receive
When receiving pages data, return value 'ret' when positive includes
`buf->page_base`, so we should subtract that before it is used for
changing `offset` and comparing against `want`.

This was discovered on the very rare cases where the server returned a
chunk of bytes that when added to the already received amount of bytes
for the pages happened to match the current `recv.len`, for example
on this case:

     buf->page_base : 258356
     actually received from socket: 1740
     ret : 260096
     want : 260096

In this case neither of the two 'if ... goto out' trigger, and we
continue to tail parsing.

Worth to mention that the ensuing EMSGSIZE from the continued execution of
`xs_read_xdr_buf` may be observed by an application due to 4 superfluous
bytes being added to the pages data.

ca4faf543a SUNRPC: Move xpt_mutex into socket xpo_sendto methods
It appears that the RPC/RDMA transport does not need serialization
of calls to its xpo_sendto method. Move the mutex into the socket
methods that still need that serialization.

Tail latencies are unambiguously better with this patch applied.
fio randrw 8KB 70/30 on NFSv3, smaller numbers are better:

    clat percentiles (usec):

With xpt_mutex:
r | 99.99th=[ 8848]
w | 99.99th=[ 9634]

Without xpt_mutex:
r | 99.99th=[ 8586]
w | 99.99th=[ 8979]

Serializing the construction of RPC/RDMA transport headers is not
really necessary at this point, because the Linux NFS server
implementation never changes its credit grant on a connection. If
that should change, then svc_rdma_sendto will need to serialize
access to the transport's credit grant fields.

6221f1d9b6 SUNRPC: Fix backchannel RPC soft lockups
Currently, after the forward channel connection goes away,
backchannel operations are causing soft lockups on the server
because call_transmit_status's SOFTCONN logic ignores ENOTCONN.
Such backchannel Calls are aggressively retried until the client
reconnects.

Backchannel Calls should use RPC_TASK_NOCONNECT rather than
RPC_TASK_SOFTCONN. If there is no forward connection, the server is
not capable of establishing a connection back to the client, thus
that backchannel request should fail before the server attempts to
send it. Commit 58255a4e3c ("NFSD: NFSv4 callback client should
use RPC_TASK_SOFTCONN") was merged several years before
RPC_TASK_NOCONNECT was available.

Because setup_callback_client() explicitly sets NOPING, the NFSv4.0
callback connection depends on the first callback RPC to initiate
a connection to the client. Thus NFSv4.0 needs to continue to use
RPC_TASK_SOFTCONN.

da1661b93b SUNRPC: Teach server to use xprt_sock_sendmsg for socket sends
xprt_sock_sendmsg uses the more efficient iov_iter-enabled kernel
socket API, and is a pre-requisite for server send-side support for

Note that svc_process no longer needs to reserve a word for the
stream record marker, since the TCP transport now provides the
record marker automatically in a separate buffer.

The dprintk() in svc_send_common is also removed. It didn't seem
crucial for field troubleshooting. If more is needed there, a trace
point could be added in xprt_sock_sendmsg().

e6237b6feb NFSv4.1: Don't rebind to the same source port when reconnecting to the server
NFSv2, v3 and NFSv4 servers often have duplicate replay caches that look
at the source port when deciding whether or not an RPC call is a replay
of a previous call. This requires clients to perform strange TCP gymnastics
in order to ensure that when they reconnect to the server, they bind
to the same source port.

NFSv4.1 and NFSv4.2 have sessions that provide proper replay semantics,
that do not look at the source port of the connection. This patch therefore
ensures they can ignore the rebind requirement.

af84537dbd SUNRPC: fix race to sk_err after xs_error_report
Since commit 4f8943f808 ("SUNRPC: Replace direct task wakeups from
softirq context") there has been a race to the value of the sk_err if both
XPRT_SOCK_WAKE_ERROR and XPRT_SOCK_WAKE_DISCONNECT are set. In that case,
we may end up losing the sk_err value that existed when xs_error_report was
called.

Fix this by reverting to the previous behavior: instead of using SO_ERROR
to retrieve the value at a later time (which might also return sk_err_soft),
copy the sk_err value onto struct sock_xprt, and use that value to wake
pending tasks.
