Some of the xfs source files are missing header includes, so add them
back. Sparse complains about non-static functions that don't have a
forward declaration anywhere.

There are many, many xfs header files which are included but
unneeded (or included twice) in the xfs code, so remove them.
nb: xfs_linux.h includes about 9 headers for everyone, so those
explicit includes get removed by this. I'm not sure what the
preference is, but if we wanted explicit includes everywhere,
a followup patch could remove those xfs_*.h includes from
xfs_linux.h and move them into the files that need them.
Or it could be left as-is.

Unfortunately, the V4 XFS_IOC_FSGEOMETRY structure is out of space so we
can't just add a new field to it. Hence we need to bump the definition
to V5 and and treat the V4 ioctl and structure similar to v1 to v3.
While doing this, clean up all the definitions associated with the
XFS_IOC_FSGEOMETRY ioctl.

Most buffer verifiers have hardcoded magic value checks
conditionalized on the version of the filesystem. The magic value
field of the verifier structure facilitates abstraction of some of
this code. Populate the ->magic field of various verifiers to take
advantage of this abstraction. No functional changes.

Most verifiers that check on-disk magic values convert the CPU
endian magic value constant to disk endian to facilitate compile
time optimization of the byte swap and reduce the need for runtime
byte swaps in buffer verifiers. Several buffer verifiers do not
follow this pattern. Update those verifiers for consistency.
Also fix up a random typo in the inode readahead verifier name.

The option to enable unwritten extents was made default in 2003,
removed from mkfs in 2007, and cannot be disabled in v5. We also
rely on it for a lot of common functionality, so filesystems without
it will run a completely untested and buggy code path. Enabling the
support also is a simple bit flip using xfs_db, so legacy file
systems can still be brought forward.

Filippo Giunchedi complained that xfs doesn't even perform basic sanity
checks of the fs summary counters at mount time. Therefore, recalculate
the summary counters from the AGFs after log recovery if the counts were
bad (or we had to recover the fs). Enhance the recalculation routine to
fail the mount entirely if the new values are also obviously incorrect.
We use a mount state flag to record the "bad summary count" state so
that the (subsequent) online fsck patches can detect subtlely incorrect
counts and set the flag; clear it userspace asks for a repair; or force
a recalculation at the next mount if nobody fixes it by unmount time.

Remove the verbose license text from XFS files and replace them
with SPDX tags. This does not change the license of any of the code,
merely refers to the common, up-to-date license files in LICENSES/
This change was mostly scripted. fs/xfs/Makefile and
fs/xfs/libxfs/xfs_fs.h were modified by hand, the rest were detected
and modified by the following command:

The GET ioctl is trivial, just return the current label.
The SET ioctl is more involved:
It transactionally modifies the superblock to write a new filesystem
label to the primary super.
A new variant of xfs_sync_sb then writes the superblock buffer
immediately to disk so that the change is visible from userspace.
It then invalidates any page cache that userspace might have previously
read on the block device so that i.e. blkid can see the change
immediately, and updates all secondary superblocks as userspace relable
does.

Most of the generic data structures embedded in xfs_mount are
dynamically initialized immediately after mp is allocated. A few
fields are left out and initialized during the xfs_mountfs()
sequence, after mp has been attached to the superblock.
To clean this up and help prevent premature access of associated
fields, refactor xfs_mount allocation and all dependent init calls
into a new helper. This self-documents that all low level data
structures (i.e., locks, trees, etc.) should be initialized before
xfs_mount is attached to the superblock.

By splitting the b_fspriv field into two different fields (b_log_item
and b_li_list). It's possible to get rid of an old ABI workaround, by
using the new b_log_item field to store xfs_buf_log_item separated from
the log items attached to the buffer, which will be linked in the new
b_li_list field.
This way, there is no more need to reorder the log items list to place
the buf_log_item at the beginning of the list, simplifying a bit the
logic to handle buffer IO.
This also opens the possibility to change buffer's log items list into a
proper list_head.
b_log_item field is still defined as a void *, because it is still used
by the log buffers to store xlog_in_core structures, and there is no
need to add an extra field on xfs_buf just for xlog_in_core.

Currently, we don't check sb_agblocks or sb_agblklog when we validate
the superblock, which means that we can fuzz garbage values into those
values and the mount succeeds. This leads to all sorts of UBSAN
warnings in xfs/350 since we can then coerce other parts of xfs into
shifting by ridiculously large values.
Once we've validated agblocks, make sure the agcount makes sense.

we can combine these two calls. Later we'll add a xfs_failaddr_t

Source xfsprogs commit: ee3754254e8c186c99b6cdd4d59f741759d04acb
Kernel commit 5ef828c4 ("xfs: avoid false quotacheck after unclean
shutdown") made xfs_sb_from_disk() also call xfs_sb_quota_from_disk
by default.
However, when this was merged to libxfs, existing separate
calls to libxfs_sb_quota_from_disk remained, and calling it
twice in a row on a V4 superblock leads to issues, because:

and after the second call, we have set both pquotino and gquotino

This is only spotted when running xfstests with "-m crc=0" because
the sb_from_disk change came about after V5 became default, and
the above behavior only exists on a V4 superblock.

From inspection, the superblock sb_inprogress check is done in the
verifier and triggered only for the primary superblock via a
"bp->b_bn == XFS_SB_DADDR" check.
Unfortunately, the primary superblock is an uncached buffer, and
hence it is configured by xfs_buf_read_uncached() with:

And so this check never triggers. Fix it.

The rmap btree is allocated from the AGFL, which means we have to
ensure ENOSPC is reported to userspace before we run out of free
space in each AG. The last allocation in an AG can cause a full
height rmap btree split, and that means we have to reserve at least
this many blocks *in each AG* to be placed on the AGFL at ENOSPC.
Update the various space calculation functions to handle this.
Also, because the macros are now executing conditional code and are
called quite frequently, convert them to functions that initialise
variables in the struct xfs_mount, use the new variables everywhere
and document the calculations better.

start filling out the rmap btree implementation. Start with the
on-disk btree format; add everything needed to read, write and
manipulate rmap btree blocks. This prepares the way for adding the
btree operations implementation.

Merge xfs_trans_reserve and xfs_trans_alloc into a single function call
that returns a transaction with all the required log and block reservations,
and which allows passing transaction flags directly to avoid the cumbersome
_xfs_trans_alloc interface.
While we're at it we also get rid of the transaction type argument that has
been superflous since we stopped supporting the non-CIL logging mode. The
guts of it will be removed in another patch.
