i.MX is a DT-only platform, so of_match_ptr() can be safely
removed.
Remove the unneeded of_match_ptr().

To support pinctl hog restore after LPSR resume back,
add the generic suspend/resume in pinctrl-imx along with the
generic pm ops to be used by platform specific drivers. Then
make use of the newly added ops in i.MX8MQ platform specific
driver.

The i.MX8MQ pincontrol works in a similar way to the earlier i.MX SoCs.
This driver builds on top of the imx specific pinconf handling.
