Perform a largely mechanical conversion of references to struct page and
page-specific functions to use the folio equivalents.
Note that the fscache functionality remains untouched. Instead we just
pass in the folio page. This should be OK, as long as we use order 0
folios together with fscache.

Don't leak request pointers, but use the "device:inode" labelling that

Avoid clearing the entire readdir page cache if we're just doing forced

Add tracing to track how often the client goes to the server for updated
readdir information.
Signed-off-by: Trond Myklebust <trond.myklebust@hammerspace.com>
The heuristic for readdirplus is designed to try to detect 'ls -l' and
similar patterns. It does so by looking for cache hit/miss patterns in
both the attribute cache and in the dcache of the files in a given
directory, and then sets a flag for the readdirplus code to interpret.
The problem with this approach is that a single attribute or dcache miss
can cause the NFS code to force a refresh of the attributes for the
entire set of files contained in the directory.
To be able to make a more nuanced decision, let's sample the number of
hits and misses in the set of open directory descriptors. That allows us
to set thresholds at which we start preferring READDIRPLUS over regular
READDIR, or at which we start to force a re-read of the remaining
readdir cache using READDIRPLUS.

Change the nfs filesystem to support fscache's indexing rewrite and
reenable caching in nfs.
The following changes have been made:
(1) The fscache_netfs struct is no more, and there's no need to register
the filesystem as a whole.
(2) The session cookie is now an fscache_volume cookie, allocated with
fscache_acquire_volume(). That takes three parameters: a string
representing the "volume" in the index, a string naming the cache to
use (or NULL) and a u64 that conveys coherency metadata for the
volume.
For nfs, I've made it render the volume name string as:
"nfs,<ver>,<family>,<address>,<port>,<fsidH>,<fsidL>*<,param>[,<uniq>]"
(3) The fscache_cookie_def is no more and needed information is passed
directly to fscache_acquire_cookie(). The cache no longer calls back
into the filesystem, but rather metadata changes are indicated at
other times.
fscache_acquire_cookie() is passed the same keying and coherency
information as before.
(4) fscache_enable/disable_cookie() have been removed.
Call fscache_use_cookie() and fscache_unuse_cookie() when a file is
opened or closed to prevent a cache file from being culled and to keep
resources to hand that are needed to do I/O.
If a file is opened for writing, we invalidate it with
FSCACHE_INVAL_DIO_WRITE in lieu of doing writeback to the cache,
thereby making it cease caching until all currently open files are
closed. This should give the same behaviour as the uptream code.
Making the cache store local modifications isn't straightforward for
NFS, so that's left for future patches.
(5) fscache_invalidate() now needs to be given uptodate auxiliary data and
a file size. It also takes a flag to indicate if this was due to a
DIO write.
(6) Call nfs_fscache_invalidate() with FSCACHE_INVAL_DIO_WRITE on a file
to which a DIO write is made.
(7) Call fscache_note_page_release() from nfs_release_page().
(8) Use a killable wait in nfs_vm_page_mkwrite() when waiting for
PG_fscache to be cleared.
(9) The functions to read and write data to/from the cache are stubbed out
pending a conversion to use netfslib.
Changes
=======
ver #3:
- Added missing =n fallback for nfs_fscache_release_file()[1][2].
ver #2:
- Use gfpflags_allow_blocking() rather than using flag directly.
- fscache_acquire_volume() now returns errors.
- Remove NFS_INO_FSCACHE as it's no longer used.
- Need to unuse a cookie on file-release, not inode-clear.

For certain special cases, RPC-related tracepoints record a -1 as
the task ID or the client ID. It's ugly for a trace event to display
4 billion in these cases.
To help keep SUNRPC tracepoints consistent, create a macro that
defines the print format specifiers for tk_pid and cl_clid. At some
point in the future we might try tk_pid with a wider range of values
than 0..64K so this makes it easier to make that change.

NFSv4.0: nfs4_do_fsinfo() should not do implicit lease renewals
NFSv4: try lease recovery on NFS4ERR_EXPIRED
NFS: Fix memory leaks
nfs: optimise readdir cache page invalidation
NFS: Switch readdir to using iterate_shared()
NFS: Use kmemdup_nul() in nfs_readdir_make_qstr()
NFS: Directory page cache pages need to be locked when read
NFS: Fix memory leaks and corruption in readdir
SUNRPC: Use kmemdup_nul() in rpc_parse_scope_id()
NFS: Replace various occurrences of kstrndup() with kmemdup_nul()
NFSv4: Limit the total number of cached delegations
NFSv4: Add accounting for the number of active delegations held
NFSv4: Try to return the delegation immediately when marked for return on close
NFS: Clear NFS_DELEGATION_RETURN_IF_CLOSED when the delegation is returned
NFSv4: nfs_inode_evict_delegation() should set NFS_DELEGATION_RETURNING
NFS: nfs_find_open_context() should use cred_fscmp()
NFS: nfs_access_get_cached_rcu() should use cred_fscmp()
NFSv4: pnfs_roc() must use cred_fscmp() to compare creds
NFS: remove unused macros
nfs: Return EINVAL rather than ERANGE for mount parse errors
...
On exit from nfs_do_access(), record the mask representing the requested
permissions, as well as the server-supplied set of access rights for
this user.

Clean up the generic file commit tracepoints to use a 64-bit value
for the verifier, and to display the pNFS filehandle, if it exists.

Clean up the generic writeback tracepoints so they do pass the
full structures as arguments. Also ensure we report the number
of bytes actually written.

... and get rid of a bunch of bugs in it. Background:
the reason for path_mountpoint() is that umount() really doesn't
want attempts to revalidate the root of what it's trying to umount.
The thing we want to avoid actually happen from complete_walk();
solution was to do something parallel to normal path_lookupat()
and it both went overboard and got the boilerplate subtly
(and not so subtly) wrong.
A better solution is to do pretty much what the normal path_lookupat()
does, but instead of complete_walk() do unlazy_walk(). All it takes
to avoid that ->d_weak_revalidate() call... mountpoint_last() goes
away, along with everything it got wrong, and so does the magic around
LOOKUP_NO_REVAL.
Another source of bugs is that when we traverse mounts at the final
location (and we need to do that - umount . expects to get whatever's
overmounting ., if any, out of the lookup) we really ought to take
care of ->d_manage() - as it is, manual umount of autofs automount
in progress can lead to unpleasant surprises for the daemon. Easily
solved by using handle_lookup_down() instead of follow_mount().

Add a tracepoint in nfs_fh_to_dentry() for debugging issues with bad
userspace filehandles.

The former has no users left; the latter was only to get LOOKUP_...
values to remapper in audit_inode() and that's an ex-parrot now.
All places that use symbols from namei.h include it either directly
or (in a few cases) via a local header, like fs/autofs/autofs_i.h
