28b5ba2aa0 net: introduce SO_PEERGROUPS getsockopt
This adds the new getsockopt(2) option SO_PEERGROUPS on SOL_SOCKET to
retrieve the auxiliary groups of the remote peer. It is designed to
naturally extend SO_PEERCRED. That is, the underlying data is from the
same credentials. Regarding its syntax, it is based on SO_PEERSEC. That
is, if the provided buffer is too small, ERANGE is returned and @optlen
is updated. Otherwise, the information is copied, @optlen is set to the
actual size, and 0 is returned.

While SO_PEERCRED (and thus `struct ucred') already returns the primary
group, it lacks the auxiliary group vector. However, nearly all access
controls (including kernel side VFS and SYSVIPC, but also user-space
polkit, DBus, ...) consider the entire set of groups, rather than just
the primary group. But this is currently not possible with pure
SO_PEERCRED. Instead, user-space has to work around this and query the
system database for the auxiliary groups of a UID retrieved via
SO_PEERCRED.

Unfortunately, there is no race-free way to query the auxiliary groups
of the PID/UID retrieved via SO_PEERCRED. Hence, the current user-space
solution is to use getgrouplist(3p), which itself falls back to NSS and
whatever is configured in nsswitch.conf(3). This effectively checks
which groups we *would* assign to the user if it logged in *now*. On
normal systems it is as easy as reading /etc/group, but with NSS it can
resort to quering network databases (eg., LDAP), using IPC or network
communication.

Long story short: Whenever we want to use auxiliary groups for access
checks on IPC, we need further IPC to talk to the user/group databases,
rather than just relying on SO_PEERCRED and the incoming socket. This
is unfortunate, and might even result in dead-locks if the database
query uses the same IPC as the original request.

So far, those recursions / dead-locks have been avoided by using
primitive IPC for all crucial NSS modules. However, we want to avoid
re-inventing the wheel for each NSS module that might be involved in
user/group queries. Hence, we would preferably make DBus (and other IPC
that supports access-management based on groups) work without resorting
to the user/group database. This new SO_PEERGROUPS ioctl would allow us
to make dbus-daemon work without ever calling into NSS.

1be7107fbe mm: larger stack guard gap, between vmas
Stack guard page is a useful feature to reduce a risk of stack smashing
into a different mapping. We have been using a single page gap which
is sufficient to prevent having stack adjacent to a different mapping.
But this seems to be insufficient in the light of the stack usage in
userspace. E.g. glibc uses as large as 64kB alloca() in many commonly
used functions. Others use constructs liks gid_t buffer[NGROUPS_MAX]
which is 256kB or stack strings with MAX_ARG_STRLEN.

This will become especially dangerous for suid binaries and the default
no limit for the stack size limit because those applications can be
tricked to consume a large portion of the stack and a single glibc call
could jump over the guard page. These attacks are not theoretical,
unfortunatelly.

Make those attacks less probable by increasing the stack guard gap
to 1MB (on systems with 4k pages; but make it depend on the page size
because systems with larger base pages might cap stack allocations in
the PAGE_SIZE units) which should cover larger alloca() and VLA stack
allocations. It is obviously not a full fix because the problem is
somehow inherent, but it should reduce attack space a lot.

One could argue that the gap size should be configurable from userspace,
but that can be done later when somebody finds that the new 1MB is wrong
for some special case applications. For now, add a kernel command line
option (stack_guard_gap) to specify the stack gap size (in page units).

Implementation wise, first delete all the old code for stack guard page:
because although we could get away with accounting one extra page in a
stack vma, accounting a larger gap can break userspace - case in point,
a program run with "ulimit -S -v 20000" failed when the 1MB gap was
counted for RLIMIT_AS; similar problems could come with RLIMIT_MLOCK
and strict non-overcommit mode.

Instead of keeping gap inside the stack vma, maintain the stack guard
gap as a gap between vmas: using vm_start_gap() in place of vm_start
(or vm_end_gap() in place of vm_end if VM_GROWSUP) in just those few
places which need to respect the gap - mainly arch_get_unmapped_area(),
and and the vma tree's subtree_gap support for that.

83e8eb99d9 sparc64: initialize time early
In Linux it is possible to configure printk() to output timestamp next to
every line. This is very useful to determine the slow parts of the boot
process, and also to avoid regressions, as boot time is visiable to
everyone.

Also, there are scripts that change these time stamps to intervals.

However, on larger machines these timestamps start appearing many seconds,
and even minutes into the boot process. This patch gets stick-frequency
property early from OpenBoot, and uses its value to initialize time stamps
before the first printk() messages are printed.

6c95483b76 sparc64: ldc abort during vds iso boot
Orabug: 20902628

When an ldc control-only packet is received during data exchange in
read_nonraw(), a new rx head is calculated but the rx queue head is not
actually advanced (rx_set_head() is not called) and a branch is taken to
'no_data' at which point two things can happen depending on the value
of the newly calculated rx head and the current rx tail:

- If the rx queue is determined to be not empty, then the wrong packet
  is picked up.

- If the rx queue is determined to be empty, then a read error (EAGAIN)
is eventually returned since it is falsely assumed that more data was
  expected.

The fix is to update the rx head and return in case of a control only
packet during data exchange.

54ebbfb160 tty: add TIOCGPTPEER ioctl
When opening the slave end of a PTY, it is not possible for userspace to
safely ensure that /dev/pts/$num is actually a slave (in cases where the
mount namespace in which devpts was mounted is controlled by an
untrusted process). In addition, there are several unresolvable
race conditions if userspace were to attempt to detect attacks through
stat(2) and other similar methods [in addition it is not clear how
userspace could detect attacks involving FUSE].

Resolve this by providing an interface for userpace to safely open the
"peer" end of a PTY file descriptor by using the dentry cached by
devpts. Since it is not possible to have an open master PTY without
having its slave exposed in /dev/pts this interface is safe. This
interface currently does not provide a way to get the master pty (since
it is not clear whether such an interface is safe or even useful).

47b2c3fff4 security/keys: add CONFIG_KEYS_COMPAT to Kconfig
CONFIG_KEYS_COMPAT is defined in arch-specific Kconfigs and is missing for
several 64-bit architectures : mips, parisc, tile.

At the moment and for those architectures, calling in 32-bit userspace the
keyctl syscall would return an ENOSYS error.

This patch moves the CONFIG_KEYS_COMPAT option to security/keys/Kconfig, to
make sure the compatibility wrapper is registered by default for any 64-bit
architecture as long as it is configured with CONFIG_COMPAT.

a0582f26ec sparc64: new context wrap
The current wrap implementation has a race issue: it is called outside of
the ctx_alloc_lock, and also does not wait for all CPUs to complete the
wrap. This means that a thread can get a new context with a new version
and another thread might still be running with the same context. The
problem is especially severe on CPUs with shared TLBs, like sun4v. I used
the following test to very quickly reproduce the problem:
- start over 8K processes (must be more than context IDs)
- write and read values at a memory location in every process.

Very quickly memory corruptions start happening, and what we read back
does not equal what we wrote.

Several approaches were explored before settling on this one:

Approach 1:
Move smp_new_mmu_context_version() inside ctx_alloc_lock, and wait for
every process to complete the wrap. (Note: every CPU must WAIT before
leaving smp_new_mmu_context_version_client() until every one arrives).

This approach ends up with deadlocks, as some threads own locks which other
threads are waiting for, and they never receive softint until these threads
exit smp_new_mmu_context_version_client(). Since we do not allow the exit,
deadlock happens.

Approach 2:
Handle wrap right during mondo interrupt. Use etrap/rtrap to enter into
into C code, and issue new versions to every CPU.
This approach adds some overhead to runtime: in switch_mm() we must add
some checks to make sure that versions have not changed due to wrap while
we were loading the new secondary context. (could be protected by PSTATE_IE
but that degrades performance as on M7 and older CPUs as it takes 50 cycles
for each access). Also, we still need a global per-cpu array of MMs to know
where we need to load new contexts, otherwise we can change context to a
thread that is going way (if we received mondo between switch_mm() and
switch_to() time). Finally, there are some issues with window registers in
rtrap() when context IDs are changed during CPU mondo time.

The approach in this patch is the simplest and has almost no impact on
runtime. We use the array with mm's where last secondary contexts were
loaded onto CPUs and bump their versions to the new generation without
changing context IDs. If a new process comes in to get a context ID, it
will go through get_new_mmu_context() because of version mismatch. But the
running processes do not need to be interrupted. And wrap is quicker as we
do not need to xcall and wait for everyone to receive and complete wrap.

5889748573 sparc64: reset mm cpumask after wrap
After a wrap (getting a new context version) a process must get a new
context id, which means that we would need to flush the context id from
the TLB before running for the first time with this ID on every CPU. But,
we use mm_cpumask to determine if this process has been running on this CPU
before, and this mask is not reset after a wrap. So, there are two possible
fixes for this issue:

1. Clear mm cpumask whenever mm gets a new context id
2. Unconditionally flush context every time process is running on a CPU

654f480762 sparc64: mm: fix copy_tsb to correctly copy huge page TSBs
When a TSB grows beyond its current capacity, a new TSB is allocated
and copy_tsb is called to copy entries from the old TSB to the new.
A hash shift based on page size is used to calculate the index of an
entry in the TSB. copy_tsb has hard coded PAGE_SHIFT in these
calculations. However, for huge page TSBs the value REAL_HPAGE_SHIFT
should be used. As a result, when copy_tsb is called for a huge page
TSB the entries are placed at the incorrect index in the newly
allocated TSB. When doing hardware table walk, the MMU does not
match these entries and we end up in the TSB miss handling code.
This code will then create and write an entry to the correct index
in the TSB. We take a performance hit for the table walk miss and
recreation of these entries.

Pass a new parameter to copy_tsb that is the page size shift to be
used when copying the TSB.

To fix, allocate (2^order) pages where order is set according to the size

are not used in asm code, there are no imm13 offsets from the base PA

The conversion of the hotplug locking to a percpu rwsem unearthed lock
ordering issues all over the place.

The jump_label code has two issues:

 1) Nested get_online_cpus() invocations

 2) Ordering problems vs. the cpus rwsem and the jump_label_mutex

To cure these, the following lock order has been established;

   cpus_rwsem -> jump_label_lock -> text_mutex

Even if not all architectures need protection against CPU hotplug, taking
cpus_rwsem before jump_label_lock is now mandatory in code pathes which
actually modify code and therefor need text_mutex protection.

Move the get_online_cpus() invocations into the core jump label code and
establish the proper lock order where required.

791a9a666d Kbuild UAPI header export updates for v4.12
Improvement of headers_install by Nicolas Dichtel.

It has been long since the introduction of uapi directories,
but the de-coupling of exported headers has not been completed.
Headers listed in header-y are exported whether they exist in
uapi directories or not. His work fixes this inconsistency.

All (and only) headers under uapi directories are now exported.
The asm-generic wrappers are still exceptions, but this is a big
 step forward.

fcc8487d47 uapi: export all headers under uapi directories
Regularly, when a new header is created in include/uapi/, the developer
forgets to add it in the corresponding Kbuild file. This error is usually
detected after the release is out.

In fact, all headers under uapi directories should be exported, thus it's
useless to have an exhaustive list.

3c7f622120 sparc64: fix fault handling in NGbzero.S and GENbzero.S
When any of the functions contained in NGbzero.S and GENbzero.S
vector through *bzero_from_clear_user, we may end up taking a
fault when executing one of the store alternate address space
instructions. If this happens, the exception handler does not
restore the %asi register.

This commit fixes the issue by introducing a new exception
handler that ensures the %asi register is restored when
a fault is handled.

e3bf4c61da sparc64: Fix BPF JIT wrt. branches and ldimm64 instructions.
Like other JITs, sparc64 maintains an array of instruction offsets but
stores the entries off by one. This is done because jumps to the
exit block are indexed to one past the last BPF instruction.

So if we size the array by the program length, we need to record
the previous instruction in order to stay within the array bounds.

This is explained in ARM JIT commit 8eee539dde ("arm64: bpf: fix
out-of-bounds read in bpf2a64_offset()").

But this scheme requires a little bit of careful handling when
the instruction before the branch destination is a 64-bit load
immediate. It takes up 2 BPF instruction slots.

Therefore, we have to fill in the array entry for the second
half of the 64-bit load immediate instruction rather than for
the one for the beginning of that instruction.

14933dc8d9 sparc64: Improve 64-bit constant loading in eBPF JIT.
Doing a full 64-bit decomposition is really stupid especially for
simple values like 0 and -1.

But if we are going to optimize this, go all the way and try for all 2
and 3 instruction sequences not requiring a temporary register as
well.

First we do the easy cases where it's a zero or sign extended 32-bit
number (sethi+or, sethi+xor, respectively).

Then we try to find a range of set bits we can load simply then shift
up into place, in various ways.

Then we try negating the constant and see if we can do a simple
sequence using that with a xor at the end. (f.e. the range of set
bits can't be loaded simply, but for the negated value it can)

The final optimized strategy involves 4 instructions sequences not
needing a temporary register.

Otherwise we sadly fully decompose using a temp..

Example, from ALU64_XOR_K: 0x0000ffffffff0000 ^ 0x0 = 0x0000ffffffff0000:

0000000000000000 <foo>:

e3a724edee sparc64: Support cbcond instructions in eBPF JIT.
cbcond combines a compare with a branch into a single instruction.

The limitations are:

1) Only newer chips support it

2) For immediate compares we are limited to 5-bit signed immediate
   values

3) The branch displacement is limited to 10-bit signed

4) We cannot use it for JSET

Also, cbcond (unlike all other sparc control transfers) lacks a delay
slot.

Currently we don't have a useful instruction we can push into the
delay slot of normal branches. So using cbcond pretty much always
increases code density, and is therefore a win.

395102db44 sparc64: Use LOCKDEP_SMALL, not PROVE_LOCKING_SMALL
CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING_SMALL shrinks the memory usage of lockdep so the
kernel text, data, and bss fit in the required 32MB limit, but this
option is not set for every config that enables lockdep.

A 4.10 kernel fails to boot with the console output

Kernel: Using 8 locked TLB entries for main kernel image.

    Program terminated

with these config options

    CONFIG_LOCKDEP=y
    CONFIG_LOCK_STAT=y
    CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING=n

To fix, rename CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING_SMALL to CONFIG_LOCKDEP_SMALL, and
enable this option with CONFIG_LOCKDEP=y so we get the reduced memory
usage every time lockdep is turned on.

Tested that CONFIG_LOCKDEP_SMALL is set to 'y' if and only if
CONFIG_LOCKDEP is set to 'y'. When other lockdep-related config options
that select CONFIG_LOCKDEP are enabled (e.g. CONFIG_LOCK_STAT or
CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING), verified that CONFIG_LOCKDEP_SMALL is also
enabled.

ea875ec94e sparc/sysfs: Replace racy task affinity logic
The mmustat_enable sysfs file accessor functions must run code on the
target CPU. This is achieved by temporarily setting the affinity of the
calling user space thread to the requested CPU and reset it to the original
affinity afterwards.

That's racy vs. concurrent affinity settings for that thread resulting in
code executing on the wrong CPU and overwriting the new affinity setting.

Replace it by using work_on_cpu() which guarantees to run the code on the
requested CPU.

Protection against CPU hotplug is not required as the open sysfs file
already prevents the removal from the CPU offline callback. Using the
hotplug protected version would actually be wrong because it would deadlock
against a CPU hotplug operation of the CPU associated to the sysfs file in
progress.

7fd534247d sparc/time: Set ->min_delta_ticks and ->max_delta_ticks
In preparation for making the clockevents core NTP correction aware,
all clockevent device drivers must set ->min_delta_ticks and
->max_delta_ticks rather than ->min_delta_ns and ->max_delta_ns: a
clockevent device's rate is going to change dynamically and thus, the
ratio of ns to ticks ceases to stay invariant.

Make the sparc arch's clockevent drivers initialize these fields properly.

This patch alone doesn't introduce any change in functionality as the
clockevents core still looks exclusively at the (untouched) ->min_delta_ns
and ->max_delta_ns. As soon as this has changed, a followup patch will
purge the initialization of ->min_delta_ns and ->max_delta_ns from these
drivers.

9ae34dbd8a sparc64: Fix kernel panic due to erroneous #ifdef surrounding pmd_write()
This commit moves sparc64's prototype of pmd_write() outside
of the CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE ifdef.

In 2013, commit a7b9403f0e ("sparc64: Encode huge PMDs using PTE
encoding.") exposed a path where pmd_write() could be called without
CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE defined. This can result in the panic below.

The diff is awkward to read, but the changes are straightforward.
pmd_write() was moved outside of #ifdef CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE.
Also, __HAVE_ARCH_PMD_WRITE was defined.

Merge PTRACE_SETREGSET leakage fixes from Dave Martin:
"This series is the collection of fixes I proposed on this topic, that
have not yet appeared upstream or in the stable branches,

The issue can leak kernel stack, but doesn't appear to allow userspace
to attack the kernel directly. The affected architectures are c6x,
  h8300, metag, mips and sparc.

[ Mark Salter points out that c6x has no MMU or other mechanism to
prevent userspace access to kernel code or data on c6x, but it
doesn't hurt to clean that case up too. ]

The bugs arise from use of user_regset_copyin(). Users of
user_regset_copyin() can work in one of two ways:

   1) Copy directly to thread_struct or equivalent. (This seems to be
the design assumption of the regset API, and is the most common
      approach.)

   2) Copy to a local variable and then transfer to thread_struct. (A
      significant minority of cases.)

Buggy code typically involves approach 2"

Here is the complete text from Oracle SPARC Architecture Specs.

6.3.4.7 DCTI Couples
"A delayed control transfer instruction (DCTI) in the delay slot of
another DCTI is referred to as a “DCTI couple”. The use of DCTI couples
is deprecated in the Oracle SPARC Architecture; no new software should
place a DCTI in the delay slot of another DCTI, because on future Oracle
SPARC Architecture implementations DCTI couples may execute either
slowly or differently than the programmer assumes it will.

SPARC V8 and SPARC V9 Compatibility Note
The SPARC V8 architecture left behavior undefined for a DCTI couple. The
SPARC V9 architecture defined behavior in that case, but as of
UltraSPARC Architecture 2005, use of DCTI couples was deprecated.
Software should not expect high performance from DCTI couples, and
performance of DCTI couples should be expected to decline further in
future processors.

Programming Note
As noted in TABLE 6-5 on page 115, an annulled branch-always
(branch-always with a = 1) instruction is not architecturally a DCTI.
However, since not all implementations make that distinction, for
optimal performance, a DCTI should not be placed in the instruction word
immediately following an annulled branch-always instruction (BA,A or
BPA,A)."

adfae8a5d8 sparc64: kern_addr_valid regression
I encountered this bug when using /proc/kcore to examine the kernel. Plus a
coworker inquired about debugging tools. We computed pa but did
not use it during the maximum physical address bits test. Instead we used
the identity mapped virtual address which will always fail this test.

I believe the defect came in here:

6d4339028b net: Introduce SO_INCOMING_NAPI_ID
This socket option returns the NAPI ID associated with the queue on which
the last frame is received. This information can be used by the apps to
split the incoming flows among the threads based on the Rx queue on which
they are received.

If the NAPI ID actually represents a sender_cpu then the value is ignored

9849a5697d arch, mm: convert all architectures to use 5level-fixup.h
If an architecture uses 4level-fixup.h we don't need to do anything as
it includes 5level-fixup.h.

If an architecture uses pgtable-nop*d.h, define __ARCH_USE_5LEVEL_HACK

5level-fixup.h.

If an architecture has 4-level paging or folds levels on its own,

7d134b2ce6 kprobes: move kprobe declarations to asm-generic/kprobes.h
Often all is needed is these small helpers, instead of compiler.h or a
full kprobes.h. This is important for asm helpers, in fact even some
asm/kprobes.h make use of these helpers... instead just keep a generic
asm file with helpers useful for asm code with the least amount of
clutter as possible.

Likewise we need now to also address what to do about this file for both
when architectures have CONFIG_HAVE_KPROBES, and when they do not. Then
for when architectures have CONFIG_HAVE_KPROBES but have disabled
CONFIG_KPROBES.

Right now most asm/kprobes.h do not have guards against CONFIG_KPROBES,
this means most architecture code cannot include asm/kprobes.h safely.
Correct this and add guards for architectures missing them.
Additionally provide architectures that not have kprobes support with
the default asm-generic solution. This lets us force asm/kprobes.h on
the header include/linux/kprobes.h always, but most importantly we can
now safely include just asm/kprobes.h on architecture code without
bringing the full kitchen sink of header files.

Two architectures already provided a guard against CONFIG_KPROBES on its
kprobes.h: sh, arch. The rest of the architectures needed gaurds added.
We avoid including any not-needed headers on asm/kprobes.h unless
kprobes have been enabled.

In a subsequent atomic change we can try now to remove compiler.h from
include/linux/kprobes.h.

During this sweep I've also identified a few architectures defining a
common macro needed for both kprobes and ftrace, that of the definition
of the breakput instruction up. Some refer to this as
BREAKPOINT_INSTRUCTION. This must be kept outside of the #ifdef
CONFIG_KPROBES guard.

ac1820fb28 This is a tree wide change and has been kept separate for that reason.
Bart Van Assche noted that the ib DMA mapping code was significantly
similar enough to the core DMA mapping code that with a few changes
it was possible to remove the IB DMA mapping code entirely and
switch the RDMA stack to use the core DMA mapping code. This resulted
in a nice set of cleanups, but touched the entire tree. This branch
will be submitted separately to Linus at the end of the merge window
as per normal practice for tree wide changes like this.

ac65e2828d sparc64: Fix build error in flush_tsb_user_page
Patch "sparc64: Add 64K page size support"
unconditionally used __flush_huge_tsb_one_entry()
which is available only when hugetlb support is
enabled.

Another issue was incorrect TSB flushing for 64K
pages in flush_tsb_user().

cd429ce2d0 sparc64: memblock resizes are not handled properly
In add_node_ranges() when memblock resize happens, the iterator keeps using
the previous freed array. This bug cause hangs on machine where there are
over 128 memory blocks during boot. For example, on machines where memory
interleaving is small.
The problem is seen on T4-4 because it cant have 2T of memory, and memory
is interleaved at 8G. So we have 2T/8G = 256 regions to set node IDs. The
starting size of regions array is 128. Thus, we have to double at least one
time (actually we have to double twice because some memory is already
reserved and thus we need more than 256 regions). We start using an
incorrect pointer to the array after the first doubling.

1537b26dab sparc64: use latency groups to improve add_node_ranges speed
add_node_ranges() takes 2.6s - 3.6s per 1T of boot time. On machine with 6T
memory it takes 15.4s, on 32T it would take 82s-115s of boot time.
This function sets NUMA ids for memory blocks, and scans the whole memory a
page at a time to do so. But, we could use values in latency groups mask
and match to determine the boundaries without checking every single page.
With the fix the add_node_ranges() time is reduced from 15.4s down to 0.2s
on machine with 6T memory.

c7d9f77d33 sparc64: Multi-page size support
Add support for using multiple hugepage sizes simultaneously
on mainline. Currently, support for 256M has been added which
can be used along with 8M pages.

Page tables are set like this (e.g. for 256M page):
    VA + (8M * x) -> PA + (8M * x) (sz bit = 256M) where x in [0, 31]

and TSB is set similarly:
    VA + (4M * x) -> PA + (4M * x) (sz bit = 256M) where x in [0, 63]

- Testing

Tested on Sonoma (which supports 256M pages) by running stream
benchmark instances in parallel: one instance uses 8M pages and
another uses 256M pages, consuming 48G each.

Boot params used:

default_hugepagesz=256M hugepagesz=256M hugepages=300 hugepagesz=8M
hugepages=10000

269d852358 sparc64: fix for user probes in high memory
When returning from the user probe code into userspace process, PC & NPC are
truncated to 32 bits.

Due to shared libraries getting loaded very high in the virtual address
space of
the process, placing a user probe inside a shared library makes the kernel
return into the process at the wrong address, causing it to seg'fault
most of
the time.

This patch prevents truncating PC and NPC.

9af744d743 lib/show_mem.c: teach show_mem to work with the given nodemask
show_mem() allows to filter out node specific data which is irrelevant
to the allocation request via SHOW_MEM_FILTER_NODES. The filtering is
done in skip_free_areas_node which skips all nodes which are not in the
mems_allowed of the current process. This works most of the time as
expected because the nodemask shouldn't be outside of the allocating
task but there are some exceptions. E.g. memory hotplug might want to
request allocations from outside of the allowed nodes (see
new_node_page).

Get rid of this hardcoded behavior and push the allocation mask down the
show_mem path and use it instead of cpuset_current_mems_allowed. NULL
nodemask is interpreted as cpuset_current_mems_allowed.

6d23f8a5d4 arch, mm: remove arch specific show_mem
We have a generic implementation for quite some time already. If there
is any arch specific information to be printed then we should add a
callback called from the generic code rather than duplicate the whole
show_mem.

The current code has resulted in the code duplication and the output
divergence which is both confusing and adds maintainance costs.

Let's just get rid of this mess.
