925b3069cf crypto: qat - config VFs based on ring-to-svc mapping
Change the configuration logic for the VF driver to leverage the
ring-to-service mappings now received via PFVF.

While the driver config logic is not yet capable of supporting
configurations other than the default mapping, make sure that both VF
and PF share the same default configuration in order to work properly.

bc63dabe52 crypto: qat - add pfvf_ops
Add pfvf_ops structure to isolate PFVF related functions inside the
adf_hw_device_data structure.

For GEN2, the structure is populated using one of the two helper
functions, adf_gen2_init_pf_pfvf_ops() or adf_gen2_init_vf_pfvf_ops(),
for the PF and VF driver respectively.

For the DH895XCC PF driver, the structure is populated using
adf_gen2_init_pf_pfvf_ops() but some of the functions are then
overwritten.

ca605f97da crypto: qat - power up 4xxx device
After reset or boot, QAT 4xxx devices are inactive and require to be
explicitly activated.
This is done by writing the DRV_ACTIVE bit in the PM_INTERRUPT register
and polling the PM_INIT_STATE to make sure that the transaction has
completed properly.

If this is not done, the driver will fail the initialization sequence
reporting the following message:

The patch also temporarily disables the power management source of
interrupt, to avoid possible spurious interrupts as the power management
feature is not fully supported.

The device init function has been added to adf_dev_init(), and not in the
probe of 4xxx to make sure that the device is re-enabled in case of
reset.

Note that the error code reported by hw_data->init_device() in
adf_dev_init() has been shadowed for consistency with the other calls
in the same function.

9ffd49dfba crypto: qat - fix naming of PF/VF enable functions
Currently all the functions related to the activation of the PFVF
protocol, both on PF and VF, include the direction specific "vf2pf"
name.

Replace the existing naming schema with:
  - a direction agnostic naming, that applies to both PF and VF, for the
    function pointer ("pfvf")
  - a direction specific naming schema for the implementations ("pf2vf" or
    "vf2pf")

In particular this patch renames:
  - adf_pf_enable_vf2pf_comms() in adf_enable_pf2vf_comms()
  - enable_vf2pf_comms() in enable_pfvf_comms()

5147f0906d crypto: qat - do not ignore errors from enable_vf2pf_comms()
The function adf_dev_init() ignores the error code reported by
enable_vf2pf_comms(). If the latter fails, e.g. the VF is not compatible
with the pf, then the load of the VF driver progresses.
This patch changes adf_dev_init() so that the error code from
enable_vf2pf_comms() is returned to the caller.

1c4d9d5bbb crypto: qat - enable detection of accelerators hang
Enable the detection of hangs by setting watchdog timers (WDTs) on
generations that supports that feature.

The default timeout value comes from HW specs. WTDs are reset each time
an accelerator wins arbitration and is able to send/read a command to/from
an accelerator.

The value has added significant margin to make sure there are no spurious
timeouts. The scope of watchdog is per QAT device.

If a timeout is detected, the firmware resets the accelerator and
returns a response descriptor with an appropriate error code.

1a72d3a6d1 crypto: qat - move isr files to qat common so that they can be reused
Move qat_isr.c and qat_isrvf.c files to qat_common dir
so that they can be reused by all devices.
Remove adf_drv.h files because thay are not longer needed.
Move adf_dev_configure() function to qat_common so it can be reused.
Also some minor updates to common code for multidevice.

665503049b crypto: qat - make error and info log messages more descriptive
Convert pr_info() and pr_err() log messages to dev_info() and dev_err(),
respectively, where able.  This adds the module name and PCI B:D:F to
indicate which QAT device generated the log message.  The "QAT:" is removed
from these log messages as that is now unnecessary.  A few of these log
messages have additional spelling/contextual fixes.

22e4dda06d crypto: qat - fix device reset flow
When the device needs a reset, e.g. when an uncorrectable PCIe AER event
occurs, various services/data structures need to be cleaned up, the
hardware reset and the services/data structures initialized and started.
The code to perform the cleanup and initialization was not performed when
a device reset was done.

This patch moves some of the initialization code out of the .probe entry-
point into a separate function that is now called during probe as well as
after the hardware has been reset.  Similarly, a new function is added for
first cleaning up these services/data structures prior to resetting.  The
new functions are adf_dev_init() and adf_dev_shutdown(), respectively, for
which there are already prototypes but no actual functions just yet and are
now called when the device is reset and during probe/cleanup of the driver.
The down and up flows via ioctl calls has similarly been updated.

In addition, there are two other bugs in the reset flow - one in the logic
for determining whether to schedule a device reset upon receiving an
uncorrectable AER event which prevents the reset flow from being initiated,
and another with clearing the status bit indicating a device is configured
(when resetting the device the configuration remains across the reset so
the bit should not be cleared, otherwise, the necessary services will not
be re-started in adf_dev_start() after the reset - clear the bit only when
actually deleting the configuration).
