Blindly adding an sof- prefix to the card name is not user friendly
and causes UCM issues with a driver name truncated to 16 characters.
Simplify to use "sof-bdw <codec_name>" pattern for all Broadwell
machine drivers. The sof- prefix is added by the core. A generic "SOF"
driver name is used, and UCMv2 will detect the configuration for this
driver by testing the card name.
Legacy uses are unmodified.

When removing the SOF module, the RT286 jack detect
handler will oops if jack detection is not disabled.
Disable the jack in the machine driver remove callback
to prevent this. This fix is only for SOF support and is
not needed for earlier versions.

ASoC: soc-core: care .ignore_suspend for Component suspend
function soc-core::snd_soc_suspend no longer ignores 'ignore_suspend'
flag for dai links. While BE dai link for System Pin is
supposed to follow standard suspend-resume flow, appended
'ignore_suspend' flag disturbs that flow and causes audio to break
right after resume. Remove the flag to address this.

Recent series of patches targeting broadwell boards, while enabling
SOF, changed behavior for non-SOF solutions. In essence replacing
platform 'dummy' with actual 'platform' causes redundant stream
initialization to occur during audio start. hw_params for haswell-pcm
destroys initial stream right after its creation - only to recreate it
again from proceed from there.
While harmless so far, this flow isn't correct and should be corrected.
The actual need for dummy components for SSP0 link is questionable but
that issue is subject for another series.

For some reason this field was set to zero when all other drivers use
.dynamic = 1 for front-ends. This change was tested on Dell XPS13 and
has no impact with the existing legacy driver. The SOF driver also works
with this change which enables it to override the fixed topology.

Since recently UCM can pick up a configuration specific to the board
via card longname field, and we introduced a helper function
snd_soc_set_dmi_name() for that. So far, it was used only in one
place (sound/soc/intel/boards/broadwell.c), but it should be more
widely applied.
This patch puts a big hammer for that: it lets snd_soc_register_card()
calling snd_soc_set_dmi_name() unconditionally, so that all x86
devices get the better longname string. This would have no impact for
other systems without DMI support, as snd_soc_set_dmi_name() is no-op
on them.

Intel Broadwell machine driver will call API snd_soc_set_dmi_name() to
use DMI info to make the sound card long name.
For example, here are the changed long name for two Broadwell-based
machines:
Dell XPS-13(2015): DellInc.-XPS139343-01-0310JH
Intel WilsonBeach: Intel Corp.-BroadwellClientplatform-0.1-WilsonBeachSDS
They still share the same card name "broadwell-rt286".

The generic ID can be used by topology:
- Toplogy can create FE links and set their ID, machine drivers will
be notified and check this ID for machine-specific init.
- Toplogy can use the ID to find existing BE & CC links and further
configure them.
