435ebcbc9f arm: use of_platform_default_populate() to populate

c22c2c6008 ARM: orion5x: clean up mach/*.h headers
This is a simple move of all header files that are no longer
included by anything else from the include/mach directory
to the platform directory itself as preparation for
multiplatform support.

The mach/uncompress.h headers are left in place for now,
and are mildly modified to be independent of the other
headers. They will be removed entirely when ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM
gets enabled and they become obsolete.

Rather than updating the path names inside of the comments
of each header, I delete those comments to avoid having to
update them again, should they get moved or copied another
time.

ab5ab9dbe6 ARM: orion5x: switch to DT interrupts and timer
This commit switches the Orion5x platforms described through DT to use
a DT-defined interrupt controller and timer.

This involves:

 * Describing in the DT the bridge interrupt controller, which is a
   child interrupt controller to the main one, which is used for timer
   and watchdog interrupts.

 * Describing in the DT the timer.

 * Adding in the DT the interrupt specifications for the watchdog.

 * Selecting the ORION_IRQCHIP and ORION_TIMER drivers to be compiled.

 * Change board-dt.c to no longer have an ->init_time() callback,
   since the default callback will work fine: it calls
   clocksource_of_init() and of_clk_init(), as needed.

 * Implement a multi-IRQ handler for non-DT platforms in
   mach-orion5x/irq.c.

98d4db263e ARM: orion5x: switch to use the clock driver for DT platforms
This commit moves the Orion5x platforms using the Device Tree to use
the recently introduced clock driver for Orion5x. To achieve that, it:

 * Adds the necessary DT description of the clock.

 * Selects ORION_CLK to enable the compilation of the clock driver.

 * Call of_clk_init() instead of the Orion5x-specific clock
   initialization function.

5c69766485 ARM: orion5x: convert DT to use the mvebu-mbus driver
This commit switches the Orion5x Device Tree files to use the DT
representation and probing for the mvebu-mbus driver. The changes are
mainly:

 * Re-organize the DT to follow the same organization as the one used
   on Armada 370/XP, which is needed for mvebu-mbus to work: a
   top-level soc { ... } node, which corresponds to the MBus bus, and
   a sub-node internal-regs { ... } for all peripherals whose register
   sit only in the "Internal Register Window". This change re-indents
   by one level the definition of all nodes in the Device Tree, which
   explains the large change.

 * Use custom functions orion5x_dt_init_early() and
   orion5x_dt_init_time() instead of orion5x_init_early() and
   orion5x_timer_init() as we now want the MBus driver to be probed
   from the Device Tree. We still use the old-style timer
   initialization, but that will be changed in a followup commit.

5d1190ea69 arm: mach-orion5x: convert to use mvebu-mbus driver
This commit migrates the mach-orion5x platforms to use the mvebu-mbus
driver and therefore removes the Orion5x-specific addr-map code.

The dove_init_early() function now initializes the mvebu-mbus driver
by calling mvebu_mbus_init().

We also convert a number of orion5x_setup_xyz_win() calls to the
appropriate mvebu_mbus_add_window() calls, as each board was doing its
own setup for the NOR window or other devices. Ultimately, those
devices will be probed from the DT.

The common address decoding windows are now registered in the
orion5x_setup_wins() function. It is worth noting that the four PCIe
address decoding windows will ultimately no longer have to be
registered here: it will be done automatically by the PCIe driver once
Dove has been migrated to use the upcoming mvebu PCIe driver.

6bb27d7349 ARM: delete struct sys_timer
Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.

This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

07f645df9f arm: orion5x: convert 'LaCie Ethernet Disk mini v2' to Device Tree
This commit converts the 'LaCie Ethernet Disk mini v2' board to the
Device Tree. All devices that have existing Device Tree bindings are
converted over to the Device Tree, the other devices remain
instantiated in the old way, until the respective drivers get the
needed Device Tree bindings.

1bffb4a872 arm: orion5x: basic Device Tree support
This commit adds basic DT support for the Orion5x SoC family. It adds
an orion5x.dtsi description of the Orion5x SoC as well as the needed
DT_MACHINE structure to support boards converted to DT in the future.

So far, the Device Tree contains the interrupt controller, the GPIO
bank, the UART controllers, the SPI controller, the watchdog, the SATA
controller, the I2C controller and the cryptographic engine.
