3207792e62 arm: kirkwood: use the default of match table
mach-kirkwood/board-dt.c defines its own OF matching table, but in
fact, it is the same to the default of_default_bus_match_table[] which
is already used by mach-mvebu, mach-dove and mach-orion5x.

This patch therefore makes mach-kirkwood use the same default OF
matching table.

6d31727a0b ARM: Orion: Remove redundant init_dma_coherent_pool_size()
The patch:

387870f mm: dmapool: use provided gfp flags for all dma_alloc_coherent() calls

makes these calls on Kirkwood and Orion5x redundant. The drivers are
not making atomic requests for coherent memory and hence the default
pool size is now sufficient.

Jason Cooper added mach-mvebu/ hunk, and corrected minor typos in commit
message.

fcba914542 ARM: arm-soc platform updates for 3.10, part 3
This is the third and smallest of the SoC specific updates.
 Changes include:

 * SMP support for the Xilinx zynq platform
 * Smaller imx changes
 * LPAE support for mvebu
 * Moving the orion5x, kirkwood, dove and mvebu platforms
to a common "mbus" driver for their internal devices.

It would be good to get feedback on the location of the "mbus"
driver. Since this is used on multiple platforms may potentially
get shared with other architectures (powerpc and arm64), it
was moved to drivers/bus/. We expect other similar drivers to
get moved to the same place in order to avoid creating more
top-level directories under drivers/ or cluttering up the
 messy drivers/misc/ even more.

150a8dcf10 ARM: arm-soc board specific changes for 3.10, part 1
These changes are all for board specific files. These used to make up a
large portion of the ARM changes in the past, but as we are generalizing
the support and moving to device tree probing, this has gotten
significantly smaller. The only platform actually adding new code here
at the moment is Renesas shmobile, as they are still busy converting
their code to device tree and have not come far enough to not need it.

dfab34aa61 ARM: arm-soc device-tree updates for 3.10, part 1
Device-tree updates for 3.10. The bulk of the churn in this branch is due
to i.MX moving from C-defined pin control over to device tree, which is
a one-time conversion that will allow greater flexibility down the road.

Besides that, there's PCI-e bindings for Marvell mvebu platforms and a
handful of cleanups to tegra due to the new include file functionality
 of the device tree compiler.

5cc0673a67 arm: mach-kirkwood: convert to use mvebu-mbus driver
This commit migrates the mach-kirkwood platforms to use the mvebu-mbus
driver and therefore removes the Kirkwood-specific addr-map code.

The kirkwood_init_early() function is now responsible for initializing
the mvebu-mbus driver by calling mvebu_mbus_init().

The address decoding windows are now registered in the
kirkwood_setup_wins() function. It is worth noting that the four PCIe
address decoding windows will ultimately no longer have to be
registered here: it will be done automatically by the PCIe driver once
Kirkwood has been migrated to use the upcoming mvebu PCIe driver.

is a low cost NAS based on the Network Space v2.

Chipset list:
- CPU MARVELL 88F6702 1Ghz
- SDRAM memory: 256MB DDR2-800 (2x128MB x8) 400Mhz
- 1 Ethernet Gigabit port (PHY MARVELL 88E1318)
- SPI flash, NOR 512KB
- 1 push button
- 2 LEDs (red and blue)

There is no EEPROM and no USB ports embedded.

Note that this board must not be confused with the Network Space Mini v2
which is embedded in a previous LaCie product also named CloudBox.

c52b95c2f0 ARM: kirkwood: make use of DT mvsdio on guruplug board
Device tree based guruplug boards still use mvsdio platform_data and
kirkwood_sdio_init to enable sdio. DT support for sdio is already there,
so make use of it.

This also fixes mvsdio accidentially breaking nand by configuring mpp0
to gpio, while used also by nand (nand_io2 on mpp0).

0d0644ebc6 ARM: Kirkwood: fix unused mvsdio gpio pins
mvsdio_platform_data allows to pass card detect and write protect gpio
numbers to the driver. Some kirkwood boards don't use both pins as they
are not connected, and don't set the corresponding value in platform_data.

This will leave the unset values in platform_data initialized as 0, which
is in fact a valid gpio pin. mvsdio will grab that pin and configure it as
gpio, which in turn breaks nand controller as mpp0 also carries nand_io2.

This patch fixes the above by initializing unused gpio functions in the
platform_data with an invalid (-1) value.

7bf5b408b4 ARM: kirkwood: fix to retain gbe MAC addresses for DT kernels
The ethernet controller used on kirkwood looses its MAC address
register contents when the corresponding clock is gated. As soon as
mv643xx_eth is built as module, the clock gets gated and when loading
the module, the MAC address is gone.

Proper DT support for the mv643xx_eth driver is expected soon, so we add
a workaround to always enable ge0/ge1 clocks on kirkwood. This workaround
is also already used on non-DT kirkwood kernels.

1a32c58bb9 arm-soc: mvebu platform changes
This series contains changes for the Marvell EBU platforms (mvebu,
orion, kirkwood, dove) that were not part of the first set of pull
requests because of dependencies on the MMC tree, and being submitted
 a little late.

 Notable changes are:

 * More devices get moved out of board files into device tree
descriptions. The remaining devices listed in there have patches
that will get sent for 3.10, after which we can remove a lot of the
board files entirely. We are doing the pinctrl and mmc drivers here,
   ethernet and PCI still remain.

 * SMP support for mvebu is improved with support for the
   local interrupt controller.

 * The Guruplug board file gets replaced with a DT description.

Unfortunately, the dependency on the MMC tree turned out to be a much
larger problem than expected, when the MMC maintainer rebased the patches
in his tree that all of the patches in this branch are based on, which
caused merge conflicts between the new and old versions of those patches.

To work around the merge conflicts, this branch rebases all patches
on top of the respective MMC patches that did get merged into 3.9.
The patches are all identical to the versions that were part of
linux-next, but have a new commit date.

 Merge conflicts:

 * in board-nsa310.c, the gpio.h inclusion was removed prematurely and
put back as a bug fix earlier. With this series it is really not needed
   any more.

 * The patch to add rtc support was already applied by Andrew Morton,
and conflicts with a second copy that was in this series, which adds
a lot of other devices to arch/arm/boot/dts/armada-370-xp.dtsi.

b73690c8f8 ARM: Kirkwood: Support basic hotplug for PCI-E
Unconditionally register the PCI-E bus, even if the link is currently
down. When the link is brought up the bus can be scanned through
/sys/bus/pci/rescan or otherwise. Since the HW has no interrupt for
link up, userspace will have to take care of the timing.

An earlier version of this was contingent on CONFIG_HOTPLUG, but
that is being removed from the kernel.

This also fixes printing the link up/down message to be displayed
on one line (structured logging broke this?)

8758c885c4 ARM: Kirkwood: Use fixed-regulator instead of board gpio call
With the change to a DT based pinctrl/gpio driver, using gpio API
calls in board-*.c files no longer works, a dereferenced NULL pointer
exception occurs instead. By converting the GPIO code into a
fixed-regulator which gets probed later once pinctrl/gpio is
available, we avoid the exception.

6bb27d7349 ARM: delete struct sys_timer
Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.

This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:
http://www.spinics.net/lists/arm-kernel/msg203686.html

db5b0ae007 ARM: arm-soc: device tree conversions and enablement
Continued device tree conversion and enablement across a number of
platforms; Kirkwood, tegra, i.MX, Exynos, zynq and a couple of other
 smaller series as well.

ux500 has seen continued conversion for platforms. Several platforms have
seen pinctrl-via-devicetree conversions for simpler multiplatform. Tegra
is adding data for new devices/drivers, and Exynos has a bunch of new
bindings and devices added as well.

So, pretty much the same progression in the right direction as the last
 few releases.

Correct. I did the conversion and tested that the partitions
can be read with dd and produce exactly the same data before and
after conversion. So, the partition offsets at least should be fine.

Ok, I did convert the i2c definition to use the devicetree.
The adt7476 device itself is not at reach of device tree,
AFAIK and requires more work at there?

Thanks for your valuable comments. Following is a new patch that
should address the problems and mistakes you pointed and also
some of the pointed by Jason Cooper. The nand and i2c are now
defined at DT and I also removed the pointless defines and
ARM_APPENDED_DTB. It is based against the Linus' official
3.6 version.

7f9871d9d3 ARM: kirkwood: DT board setup for Network Space Mini v2
This patch adds DT board setup for the LaCie NAS Network Space Mini v2
(aka SafeBox). The hardware characteristics are very close to those of
the Network Space Lite v2. The main difference are:
- A GPIO fan which is only available on the NS2 Mini.
- A single USB host port is wired on the NS2 Mini. The NS2 Lite provides
an additional dual-mode USB port (host/device).

ca7d94524a ARM: kirkwood: DT board setup for Network Space Lite v2
This patch adds DT board setup for the LaCie NAS Network Space Lite v2.
This board is derived from the Network Space v2 and a lot of hardware
characteristics are shared.

- CPU: Marvell 88F6192 800Mhz
- SDRAM memory: 128MB DDR2 200Mhz
- 1 SATA port: internal
- Gigabit ethernet: PHY Marvell 88E1318
- Flash memory: SPI NOR 512KB (Macronix MX25L4005A)
- i2c EEPROM: 512 bytes (24C04 type)
- 2 USB2 ports: host and host/device
- 1 push button
- 1 SATA LED (bi-color, blue and red)

Note that the SATA LED is not compatible with the driver leds-ns2. The
LED behaviour ("on", "off" or "SATA activity blink") is controlled via
a single MPP (21).

1dc831bf53 ARM: Kirkwood: Update PCI-E fixup
- The code relies on rc_pci_fixup being called, which only happens
when CONFIG_PCI_QUIRKS is enabled, so add that to Kconfig. Omitting
this causes a booting failure with a non-obvious cause.
- Update rc_pci_fixup to set the class properly, copying the
more modern style from other places
- Correct the rc_pci_fixup comment
