Remove all #inclusions of asm/system.h preparatory to splitting and killing
it. Performed with the following command:

alloc_etherdev has a generic OOM/unable to alloc message.
Remove the duplicative messages after alloc_etherdev calls.

alloc failures use dump_stack so emitting an additional
out-of-memory message is an unnecessary duplication.
Remove the allocation failure messages.

This patch converts the drivers in drivers/net/ethernet/* to use the
module_platform_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.
