struct tasklet_struct pointer to all tasklet
callbacks, switch to using the new tasklet_setup()
and from_tasklet() to pass the tasklet pointer explicitly.

should disable eq irq before freeing it, must clear event queue
depth in hw before freeing relevant memory to avoid illegal
memory access and update consumer idx to avoid invalid interrupt

We already need to zero out memory for dma_alloc_coherent(), as such
using dma_zalloc_coherent() is superflous. Phase it out.
