e0718bd82e vsock: enable setting SO_ZEROCOPY
For AF_VSOCK, zerocopy tx mode depends on transport, so this option must
be set in AF_VSOCK implementation where transport is accessible (if
transport is not set during setting SO_ZEROCOPY: for example socket is
not connected, then SO_ZEROCOPY will be enabled, but once transport will
be assigned, support of this type of transmission will be checked).

To handle SO_ZEROCOPY, AF_VSOCK implementation uses SOCK_CUSTOM_SOCKOPT
bit, thus handling SOL_SOCKET option operations, but all of them except
SO_ZEROCOPY will be forwarded to the generic handler by calling
'sock_setsockopt()'.

dcc55d7bb2 vsock: enable SOCK_SUPPORT_ZC bit
This bit is used by io_uring in case of zerocopy tx mode. io_uring code
checks, that socket has this feature. This patch sets it in two places:
1) For socket in 'connect()' call.
2) For new socket which is returned by 'accept()' call.

49dbe25ada vsock: read from socket's error queue
This adds handling of MSG_ERRQUEUE input flag in receive call. This flag
is used to read socket's error queue instead of data queue. Possible
scenario of error queue usage is receiving completions for transmission
with MSG_ZEROCOPY flag. This patch also adds new defines: 'SOL_VSOCK'
and 'VSOCK_RECVERR'.

0064cfb440 vsock: set EPOLLERR on non-empty error queue
If socket's error queue is not empty, EPOLLERR must be set. Otherwise,
reader of error queue won't detect data in it using EPOLLERR bit.
Currently for AF_VSOCK this is actual only with MSG_ZEROCOPY, as this
feature is the only user of an error queue of the socket.

581512a6dc vsock/virtio: MSG_ZEROCOPY flag support
This adds handling of MSG_ZEROCOPY flag on transmission path:

1) If this flag is set and zerocopy transmission is possible (enabled
   in socket options and transport allows zerocopy), then non-linear
   skb will be created and filled with the pages of user's buffer.
   Pages of user's buffer are locked in memory by 'get_user_pages()'.
2) Replaces way of skb owning: instead of 'skb_set_owner_sk_safe()' it
   calls 'skb_set_owner_w()'. Reason of this change is that
   '__zerocopy_sg_from_iter()' increments 'sk_wmem_alloc' of socket, so
   to decrease this field correctly, proper skb destructor is needed:
   'sock_wfree()'. This destructor is set by 'skb_set_owner_w()'.
3) Adds new callback to 'struct virtio_transport': 'can_msgzerocopy'.
   If this callback is set, then transport needs extra check to be able
   to send provided number of buffers in zerocopy mode. Currently, the
   only transport that needs this callback set is virtio, because this
   transport adds new buffers to the virtio queue and we need to check,
   that number of these buffers is less than size of the queue (it is
   required by virtio spec). vhost and loopback transports don't need
   this check.

0df7cd3c13 vsock/virtio/vhost: read data from non-linear skb
This is preparation patch for MSG_ZEROCOPY support. It adds handling of
non-linear skbs by replacing direct calls of 'memcpy_to_msg()' with
'skb_copy_datagram_iter()'. Main advantage of the second one is that it
can handle paged part of the skb by using 'kmap()' on each page, but if
there are no pages in the skb, it behaves like simple copying to iov
iterator. This patch also adds new field to the control block of skb -
this value shows current offset in the skb to read next portion of data
(it doesn't matter linear it or not). Idea behind this field is that
'skb_copy_datagram_iter()' handles both types of skb internally - it
just needs an offset from which to copy data from the given skb. This
offset is incremented on each read from skb. This approach allows to
simplify handling of both linear and non-linear skbs, because for
linear skb we need to call 'skb_pull()' after reading data from it,
while in non-linear case we need to update 'data_len'.

8ecf0cedc0 vsock: send SIGPIPE on write to shutdowned socket
POSIX requires to send SIGPIPE on write to SOCK_STREAM socket which was
shutdowned with SHUT_WR flag or its peer was shutdowned with SHUT_RD
flag. Also we must not send SIGPIPE if MSG_NOSIGNAL flag is set.

051e77e339 virtio/vsock: rework MSG_PEEK for SOCK_STREAM
This reworks current implementation of MSG_PEEK logic:
1) Replaces 'skb_queue_walk_safe()' with 'skb_queue_walk()'. There is
   no need in the first one, as there are no removes of skb in loop.
2) Removes nested while loop - MSG_PEEK logic could be implemented
   without it: just iterate over skbs without removing it and copy
   data from each until destination buffer is not full.

78fa0d61d9 bpf, sockmap: Pass skb ownership through read_skb
The read_skb hook calls consume_skb() now, but this means that if the
recv_actor program wants to use the skb it needs to inc the ref cnt
so that the consume_skb() doesn't kfree the sk_buff.

This is problematic because in some error cases under memory pressure
we may need to linearize the sk_buff from sk_psock_skb_ingress_enqueue().
Then we get this,

     pskb_expand_head()
       BUG_ON(skb_shared(skb))

Because we incremented users refcnt from sk_psock_verdict_recv() we
hit the bug on with refcnt > 1 and trip it.

To fix lets simply pass ownership of the sk_buff through the skb_read
call. Then we can drop the consume from read_skb handlers and assume
the verdict recv does any required kfree.

Bug found while testing in our CI which runs in VMs that hit memory
constraints rather regularly. William tested TCP read_skb handlers.

6d4486efe9 vsock: avoid to close connected socket after the timeout
When client and server establish a connection through vsock,
the client send a request to the server to initiate the connection,
then start a timer to wait for the server's response. When the server's
RESPONSE message arrives, the timer also times out and exits. The
server's RESPONSE message is processed first, and the connection is
established. However, the client's timer also times out, the original
processing logic of the client is to directly set the state of this vsock
to CLOSE and return ETIMEDOUT. It will not notify the server when the port
is released, causing the server port remain.
when client's vsock_connect timeout,it should check sk state is
ESTABLISHED or not. if sk state is ESTABLISHED, it means the connection
is established, the client should not set the sk state to CLOSE

Note: I encountered this issue on kernel-4.18, which can be fixed by
this patch. Then I checked the latest code in the community
and found similar issue.

eaaa4e9239 vsock/loopback: don't disable irqs for queue access
This replaces 'skb_queue_tail()' with 'virtio_vsock_skb_queue_tail()'.
The first one uses 'spin_lock_irqsave()', second uses 'spin_lock_bh()'.
There is no need to disable interrupts in the loopback transport as
there is no access to the queue with skbs from interrupt context. Both
virtio and vhost transports work in the same way.

02ab696feb vsock: return errors other than -ENOMEM to socket
This removes behaviour, where error code returned from any transport
was always switched to ENOMEM. This works in the same way as:

f9d2b1e146 virtio/vsock: fix leaks due to missing skb owner
This patch sets the skb owner in the recv and send path for virtio.

For the send path, this solves the leak caused when
virtio_transport_purge_skbs() finds skb->sk is always NULL and therefore
never matches it with the current socket. Setting the owner upon
allocation fixes this.

For the recv path, this ensures correctness of accounting and also
correct transfer of ownership in vsock_loopback (when skbs are sent from
one socket and received by another).

f7154d967b virtio/vsock: fix header length on skb merging
This fixes appending newly arrived skbuff to the last skbuff of the
socket's queue. Problem fires when we are trying to append data to skbuff
which was already processed in dequeue callback at least once. Dequeue
callback calls function 'skb_pull()' which changes 'skb->len'. In current
implementation 'skb->len' is used to update length in header of the last
skbuff after new data was copied to it. This is bug, because value in
header is used to calculate 'rx_bytes'/'fwd_cnt' and thus must be not
be changed during skbuff's lifetime.

Bug starts to fire since:

commit 0777061657
("virtio/vsock: don't use skbuff state to account credit")

It presents before, but didn't triggered due to a little bit buggy
implementation of credit calculation logic. So use Fixes tag for it.

This patch adds sockmap support for vsock sockets. It is intended to be
usable by all transports, but only the virtio and loopback transports
are implemented.

SOCK_STREAM, SOCK_DGRAM, and SOCK_SEQPACKET are all supported.

avoid useless spinlock access, check argument before it.

This adds small optimization for tx path: instead of allocating single
skbuff on every call to transport, allocate multiple skbuff's until
credit space allows, thus trying to send as much as possible data without

b465518dc2 vsock/loopback: use only sk_buff_head.lock to protect the packet queue
pkt_list_lock was used before commit 71dc9ec9ac ("virtio/vsock:
replace virtio_vsock_pkt with sk_buff") to protect the packet queue.
After that commit we switched to sk_buff and we are using
sk_buff_head.lock in almost every place to protect the packet queue
except in vsock_loopback_work() when we call skb_queue_splice_init().

As reported by syzbot, this caused unlocked concurrent access to the
packet queue between vsock_loopback_work() and
vsock_loopback_cancel_pkt() since it is not holding pkt_list_lock.

With the introduction of sk_buff_head, pkt_list_lock is redundant and
can cause confusion, so let's remove it and use sk_buff_head.lock
everywhere to protect the packet queue access.

8daaf39f7f virtio/vsock: don't drop skbuff on copy failure
This returns behaviour of SOCK_STREAM read as before skbuff usage. When
copying to user fails current skbuff won't be dropped, but returned to
sockets's queue. Technically instead of 'skb_dequeue()', 'skb_peek()' is
called and when skbuff becomes empty, it is removed from queue by
'__skb_unlink()'.

0777061657 virtio/vsock: don't use skbuff state to account credit
'skb->len' can vary when we partially read the data, this complicates the
calculation of credit to be updated in 'virtio_transport_inc_rx_pkt()/
virtio_transport_dec_rx_pkt()'.

Also in 'virtio_transport_dec_rx_pkt()' we were miscalculating the
credit since 'skb->len' was redundant.

For these reasons, let's replace the use of skbuff state to calculate new
'rx_bytes'/'fwd_cnt' values with explicit value as input argument. This
makes code more simple, because it is not needed to change skbuff state
before each call to update 'rx_bytes'/'fwd_cnt'.

96ec293962 Drivers: hv: Make remove callback of hyperv driver void returned
Since commit fc7a6209d5 ("bus: Make remove callback return
void") forces bus_type::remove be void-returned, it doesn't
make much sense for any bus based driver implementing remove
callbalk to return non-void to its caller.

As such, change the remove function for Hyper-V VMBus based
drivers to return void.

71dc9ec9ac virtio/vsock: replace virtio_vsock_pkt with sk_buff
This commit changes virtio/vsock to use sk_buff instead of
virtio_vsock_pkt. Beyond better conforming to other net code, using
sk_buff allows vsock to use sk_buff-dependent features in the future
(such as sockmap) and improves throughput.

c43170b7e1 vsock: return errors other than -ENOMEM to socket
This removes behaviour, where error code returned from any transport
was always switched to ENOMEM. For example when user tries to send too
big message via SEQPACKET socket, transport layers return EMSGSIZE, but
this error code was always replaced with ENOMEM and returned to user.

44aa5a6dba net: vmw_vsock: vmci: Check memcpy_from_msg()
vmci_transport_dgram_enqueue() does not check the return value
of memcpy_from_msg().  If memcpy_from_msg() fails, it is possible that
uninitialized memory contents are sent unintentionally instead of user's
message in the datagram to the destination.  Return with an error if
memcpy_from_msg() fails.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.

466a85336f vsock: fix possible infinite sleep in vsock_connectible_wait_data()
Currently vsock_connectible_has_data() may miss a wakeup operation
between vsock_connectible_has_data() == 0 and the prepare_to_wait().

Fix the race by adding the process to the wait queue before checking
vsock_connectible_has_data().

This adds extra condition to wake up data reader: do it only when number
of readable bytes >= SO_RCVLOWAT. Otherwise, there is no sense to kick
user, because it will wait until SO_RCVLOWAT bytes will be dequeued. This
check is performed in vsock_data_ready().
