Lars-Peter Clausen	1b16416fda	ALSA: trident: Remove always NULL parameters ... The various PCM allocation functions in this driver take a pointer to a pointer of a PCM where if this parameter is provided the newly allocated PCM is stored. Takashi Iwai	81fcb17085	ALSA: Move some headers to local directories from include/sound ... This is a bit clean up of public sound header directory. Some header files in include/sound aren't really necessary to be located there but can be moved to their local directories gracefully.
