5621caac1d ARM: kill off __mem_pci
__mem_pci is only used to enable readl/writel and friends. Just condition
this on readl being defined and remove all the __mem_pci defines.

f88b8979d2 ARM: restart: remove the now empty arch_reset()
Remove the now empty arch_reset() from all the mach/system.h includes,
and remove its callsite. Remove arm_machine_restart() as this function
no longer does anything useful.

For samsung platforms, remove the include of mach/system-reset.h and
plat/system-reset.h from their respective mach/system.h headers as these
just define their arch_reset functions. As a result, the s3c2410 and
plat-samsung system-reset.h files are no longer referenced, so remove
these files entirely.

We already have a clock definition for the 24MHz clock in

false. If anyone still has the mentioned ".s file" and the

b71d8429ec mach-integrator: fix VGA base regression
The changes introduced in commit
cc22b4c185
"ARM: set vga memory base at run-time"

Makes the Integrator/AP freeze completely. I appears that
this is due to the VGA base address being assigned at PCI
init time, while this base is needed earlier than that.
Moving the initialization of the base address to the

d5341942d7 PCI: Make the struct pci_dev * argument of pci_fixup_irqs const.
Aside of the usual motivation for constification, this function has a
history of being abused a hook for interrupt and other fixups so I turned
this function const ages ago in the MIPS code but it should be done
treewide.

Due to function pointer passing in varous places a few other functions
had to be constified as well.

6be4826e37 ARM: Integrator: move 16-bit timer support to Integrator/AP
Only Integrator/AP has 16-bit timers, so move the support into the
Integrator/AP specific support files.

5a46334ac6 ARM: Integrator: convert Integrator/CP to use SP804 timer support
The Integrator/CP board has SP804-compatible timer modules, so use
the SP804-compatible code from Versatile and Realview.

c5a0adb510 ARM: ICST: kill duplicate icst code
The only difference between ICST307 and ICST525 are the two arrays
for calculating the S parameter; the code is now identical. Merge
the two files and kill the duplicated code.

This makes the ICST support fit more nicely with the clk API,
eliminating the need to *1000 and /1000 in places.
