Convert DRA7xx to use the new clockdomain based layout. Previously the
clkctrl split was based on CM isntance boundaries. The new layout
helps with introducing the interconnect driver instances.

Add support for the MCAN peripheral which supports both classic
CAN messages along with the new CAN-FD message.
Add MCAN node to evm and enable it with a maximum datarate of 5 mbps

The ti-sysc driver provides support for manipulating the idle modes
and interconnect level resets.
Add the generic interconnect target module node for MCAN to support
the same.

MCAN is clocked by H14 divider of DPLL_GMAC. Unlike other
DPLL dividers this DPLL_GMAC H14 divider is controlled by
control module. Adding support for these clocks.

dra76 family is a high-performance, infotainment application
device, based on OMAP architecture on a 28-nm technology.

available on dra74, dra72 family. This SoC mainly features

Adding basic dts support for DRA76 family while reusing the
data available in dra7.dtsi, dra74x.dtsi.
