Don't allow realtime volumes that are less than one rt extent long.
This has been broken across 4 LTS kernels with nobody noticing, so let's
just disable it.

There's a weird discrepancy in xfsprogs dating back to the creation of
the Linux port -- if there are zero rt extents, mkfs will set
sb_rextents and sb_rextslog both to zero:

However, that's not the check that xfs_repair uses for nonzero rtblocks:

The difference here is that xfs_highbit32 returns -1 if its argument is
zero. Unfortunately, this means that in the weird corner case of a
realtime volume shorter than 1 rt extent, xfs_repair will immediately
flag a freshly formatted filesystem as corrupt. Because mkfs has been
writing ondisk artifacts like this for decades, we have to accept that
as "correct". TBH, zero rextslog for zero rtextents makes more sense to
me anyway.
Regrettably, the superblock verifier checks created in commit copied
xfs_repair even though mkfs has been writing out such filesystems for
ages. Fix the superblock verifier to accept what mkfs spits out; the
userspace version of this patch will have to fix xfs_repair as well.
Note that the new helper leaves the zeroday bug where the upper 32 bits
of sb_rextents is ripped off and fed to highbit32. This leads to a
seriously undersized rt summary file, which immediately breaks mkfs:

Log recovery has always run on read only mounts, even where the primary
superblock advertises unknown rocompat bits. Due to a misunderstanding
between Eric and Darrick back in 2018, we accidentally changed the
superblock write verifier to shutdown the fs over that exact scenario.
As a result, the log cleaning that occurs at the end of the mounting
process fails if there are unknown rocompat bits set.
As we now allow writing of the superblock if there are unknown rocompat
bits set on a RO mount, we no longer want to turn off RO state to allow
log recovery to succeed on a RO mount. Hence we also remove all the
(now unnecessary) RO state toggling from the log recovery path.

If the journal geometry results in a sector or log stripe unit
validation problem, it indicates that we cannot set the log up to
safely write to the the journal. In these cases, we must abort the
mount because the corruption needs external intervention to resolve.
Similarly, a journal that is too large cannot be written to safely,
either, so we shouldn't allow those geometries to mount, either.
If the log is too small, we risk having transaction reservations
overruning the available log space and the system hanging waiting
for space it can never provide. This is purely a runtime hang issue,
not a corruption issue as per the first cases listed above. We abort
mounts of the log is too small for V5 filesystems, but we must allow
v4 filesystems to mount because, historically, there was no log size
validity checking and so some systems may still be out there with
undersized logs.
The problem is that on V4 filesystems, when we discover a log
geometry problem, we skip all the remaining checks and then allow
the log to continue mounting. This mean that if one of the log size
checks fails, we skip the log stripe unit check. i.e. we allow the
mount because a "non-fatal" geometry is violated, and then fail to
check the hard fail geometries that should fail the mount.
Move all these fatal checks to the superblock verifier, and add a
new check for the two log sector size geometry variables having the
same values. This will prevent any attempt to mount a log that has
invalid or inconsistent geometries long before we attempt to mount
the log.
However, for the minimum log size checks, we can only do that once
we've setup up the log and calculated all the iclog sizes and
roundoffs. Hence this needs to remain in the log mount code after
the log has been initialised. It is also the only case where we
should allow a v4 filesystem to continue running, so leave that
handling in place, too.

In commit fe08cc5044 we reworked the valid superblock version
checks. If it is a V5 filesystem, it is always valid, then we
checked if the version was less than V4 (reject) and then checked
feature fields in the V4 flags to determine if it was valid.
What we missed was that if the version is not V4 at this point,
we shoudl reject the fs. i.e. the check current treats V6+
filesystems as if it was a v4 filesystem. Fix this.

With lazysbcount is enabled, There is no additional lock protection for
reading m_ifree and m_icount in xfs_log_sb(), if other cpu modifies the
m_ifree, this will make the m_ifree greater than m_icount. For example,
consider the following sequence and ifreedelta is postive:

After this, incorrect inode count (sb_ifree > sb_icount) will be writen to
the log. In the subsequent writing of sb, incorrect inode count (sb_ifree >
sb_icount) will fail to pass the boundary check in xfs_validate_sb_write()
that cause the file system shutdown.
When lazysbcount is enabled, we don't need to guarantee that Lazy sb
counters are completely correct, but we do need to guarantee that sb_ifree
<= sb_icount. On the other hand, the constraint that m_ifree <= m_icount
must be satisfied any time that there /cannot/ be other threads allocating
or freeing inode chunks. If the constraint is violated under these
circumstances, sb_i{count,free} (the ondisk superblock inode counters)
maybe incorrect and need to be marked sick at unmount, the count will
be rebuilt on the next mount.

xfs: Large extent counters
The commit xfs: fix inode fork extent count overflow
(3f8a4f1d87) mentions that 10 billion
data fork extents should be possible to create. However the
corresponding on-disk field has a signed 32-bit type. Hence this
patchset extends the per-inode data fork extent counter to 64 bits
(out of which 48 bits are used to store the extent count).
Also, XFS has an attribute fork extent counter which is 16 bits
wide. A workload that,
1. Creates 1 million 255-byte sized xattrs,
2. Deletes 50% of these xattrs in an alternating manner,
3. Tries to insert 400,000 new 255-byte sized xattrs
causes the xattr extent counter to overflow.
Dave tells me that there are instances where a single file has more
than 100 million hardlinks. With parent pointers being stored in
xattrs, we will overflow the signed 16-bits wide attribute extent
counter when large number of hardlinks are created. Hence this
patchset extends the on-disk field to 32-bits.
The following changes are made to accomplish this,
1. A 64-bit inode field is carved out of existing di_pad and
di_flushiter fields to hold the 64-bit data fork extent counter.
2. The existing 32-bit inode data fork extent counter will be used to
hold the attribute fork extent counter.
3. A new incompat superblock flag to prevent older kernels from mounting
the filesystem.

As mentioned in the previous commit, the kernel misuses sb_frextents in
the incore mount to reflect both incore reservations made by running
transactions as well as the actual count of free rt extents on disk.
This results in the superblock being written to the log with an
underestimate of the number of rt extents that are marked free in the
rtbitmap.
Teaching XFS to recompute frextents after log recovery avoids
operational problems in the current mount, but it doesn't solve the
problem of us writing undercounted frextents which are then recovered by
an older kernel that doesn't have that fix.
Create an incore percpu counter to mirror the ondisk frextents. This
new counter will track transaction reservations and the only time we
will touch the incore super counter (i.e the one that gets logged) is
when those transactions commit updates to the rt bitmap. This is in
contrast to the lazysbcount counters (e.g. fdblocks), where we know that
log recovery will always fix any incorrect counter that we log.
As a bonus, we only take m_sb_lock at transaction commit time.

Introduce a helper function xfs_buf_daddr() to extract the disk
address of the buffer from the struct xfs_buf. This will replace
direct accesses to bp->b_bn and bp->b_maps[0].bm_bn, as well as
the XFS_BUF_ADDR() macro.
This patch introduces the helper function and replaces all uses of
XFS_BUF_ADDR() as this is just a simple sed replacement.

Rather than open coding XFS_SB_VERSION_NUM(sbp) == XFS_SB_VERSION_5
checks everywhere, add a simple wrapper to encapsulate this and make
the code easier to read.
This allows us to remove the xfs_sb_version_has_v3inode() wrapper
which is only used in xfs_format.h now and is just a version number
check.
There are a couple of places where we should be checking the mount
feature bits rather than the superblock version (e.g. remount), so
those are converted to use xfs_has_crc(mp) instead.

This is a conversion of the remaining xfs_sb_version_has..(sbp)
checks to use xfs_has_..(mp) feature checks.
This was largely done with a vim replacement macro that did:

Reporting filesystem features to userspace is currently superblock
based. Now we have a general mount-based feature infrastructure,
switch to using the xfs_mount rather than the superblock directly.
This reduces the size of the function by over 300 bytes.

The remaining mount flags kept in m_flags are actually runtime state
flags. These change dynamically, so they really should be updated
atomically so we don't potentially lose an update due to racing
modifications.
Convert these remaining flags to be stored in m_opstate and use
atomic bitops to set and clear the flags. This also adds a couple of
simple wrappers for common state checks - read only and shutdown.

Convert the xfs_sb_version_hasfoo() to checks against
mp->m_features. Checks of the superblock itself during disk
operations (e.g. in the read/write verifiers and the to/from disk
formatters) are not converted - they operate purely on the
superblock state. Everything else should use the mount features.
Large parts of this conversion were done with sed with commands like
this:

Currently on-disk feature checks require decoding the superblock
fileds and so can be non-trivial. We have almost 400 hundred
individual feature checks in the XFS code, so this is a significant
amount of code. To reduce runtime check overhead, pre-process all
the version flags into a features field in the xfs_mount at mount
time so we can convert all the feature checks to a simple flag
check.
There is also a need to convert the dynamic feature flags to update
the m_features field. This is required for attr, attr2 and quota
features. New xfs_mount based wrappers are added for this.

The verifier checks explicitly for bp->b_bn == XFS_SB_DADDR to match
the primary superblock buffer, but the primary superblock is an
uncached buffer and so bp->b_bn is always -1ULL. Hence this never
matches and the CRC error reporting is wholly dependent on the
mount superblock already being populated so CRC feature checks pass
and allow CRC errors to be reported.
Fix this so that the primary superblock CRC error reporting is not
dependent on already having read the superblock into memory.

Keep the mount superblock counters up to date for !lazysbcount
filesystems so that when we log the superblock they do not need
updating in any way because they are already correct.
It's found by what Zorro reported:
1. mkfs.xfs -f -l lazy-count=0 -m crc=0 $dev
2. mount $dev $mnt
3. fsstress -d $mnt -p 100 -n 1000 (maybe need more or less io load)
4. umount $mnt
5. xfs_repair -n $dev
and I've seen no problem with this patch.

A couple of the superblock validation checks apply only to the kernel,
so move them to xfs_fc_fill_super before we add the needsrepair "feature",
which will prevent the kernel (but not xfsprogs) from mounting the
filesystem. This also reduces the diff between kernel and userspace
libxfs.

Redesign the ondisk inode timestamps to be a simple unsigned 64-bit
counter of nanoseconds since 14 Dec 1901 (i.e. the minimum time in the
32-bit unix time epoch). This enables us to handle dates up to 2486,
which solves the y2038 problem.

Remove the mp argument as this function is only called in transaction
context, and open code xfs_getsb given that the function already accesses
the buffer pointer in the mount point directly.

Some of the xfs source files are missing header includes, so add them
back. Sparse complains about non-static functions that don't have a
forward declaration anywhere.

case, it should be from 0 to sizeof() - 1.

There are many, many xfs header files which are included but
unneeded (or included twice) in the xfs code, so remove them.
nb: xfs_linux.h includes about 9 headers for everyone, so those
explicit includes get removed by this. I'm not sure what the
preference is, but if we wanted explicit includes everywhere,
a followup patch could remove those xfs_*.h includes from
xfs_linux.h and move them into the files that need them.
Or it could be left as-is.

There are several functions which have no opportunity to return
an error, and don't contain any ASSERTs which could be argued
to be better constructed as error cases. So, make them voids
to simplify the callers.

Unfortunately, the V4 XFS_IOC_FSGEOMETRY structure is out of space so we
can't just add a new field to it. Hence we need to bump the definition
to V5 and and treat the V4 ioctl and structure similar to v1 to v3.
While doing this, clean up all the definitions associated with the
XFS_IOC_FSGEOMETRY ioctl.
