74e6942fbc sched/cpupri: Remove unnecessary definitions in cpupri.h 
Actually, cpupri_set() and cpupri_init() can never be used without
CONFIG_SMP.

4dac0b6383 sched/cpupri: Replace NR_CPUS arrays 
Tejun reported that his resume was failing due to order-3 allocations
from sched_domain building.

Replace the NR_CPUS arrays in there with a dynamically allocated
array.

391e43da79 sched: Move all scheduler bits into kernel/sched/ 
There's too many sched*.[ch] files in kernel/, give them their own
directory.

(No code changed, other than Makefile glue added.)
