ASoC: uniphier: evea: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

ASoC: uniphier: drop selecting non-existing SND_SOC_UNIPHIER_AIO_DMA
Commit f37fe2f998 ("ASoC: uniphier: add support for UniPhier AIO common
driver") adds configs SND_SOC_UNIPHIER_{LD11,PXS2}, which select the
non-existing config SND_SOC_UNIPHIER_AIO_DMA.

Hence, ./scripts/checkkconfigsymbols.py warns:

  SND_SOC_UNIPHIER_AIO_DMA
  Referencing files: sound/soc/uniphier/Kconfig

Probably, there is actually no further config intended to be selected
here. So, just drop selecting the non-existing config.

ASoC: uniphier: Fix reference to PCM buffer address
Along with the transition to the managed PCM buffers, the driver now
accepts the dynamically allocated buffer, while it still kept the
reference to the old preallocated buffer address. This patch corrects
to the right reference via runtime->dma_addr.

(Although this might have been already buggy before the cleanup with
the managed buffer, let's put Fixes tag to point that; it's a corner
case, after all.)

ASoC: uniphier: move .suspend/.resume to component
There is no big difference at implementation for .suspend/.resume
between DAI driver and Component driver.
But because some driver is using DAI version, thus ALSA SoC needs
to keep supporting it, hence, framework becoming verbose.
If we can switch all DAI driver .suspend/.resume to Component driver,
we can remove verbose code from ALSA SoC.

Driver is getting its private data via dai->dev.
But dai->dev and component->dev are same dev, thus, we can convert
these. For same reason, we can convert dai->active to
component->active if necessary.

This patch moves DAI driver .suspend/.resume to Component driver

ASoC: uniphier: Fix double reset assersion when transitioning to suspend state
When transitioning to supend state, uniphier_aio_dai_suspend() is called
and asserts reset lines and disables clocks.

However, if there are two or more DAIs, uniphier_aio_dai_suspend() are
called multiple times, and double reset assersion will cause.

This patch defines the counter that has the number of DAIs at first, and
whenever uniphier_aio_dai_suspend() are called, it decrements the
counter. And only if the counter is zero, it asserts reset lines and
disables clocks.

In the same way, uniphier_aio_dai_resume() are called, it increments the
counter after deasserting reset lines and enabling clocks.

a86854d0c5 treewide: devm_kzalloc() -> devm_kcalloc()
The devm_kzalloc() function has a 2-factor argument form, devm_kcalloc().
This patch replaces cases of:

        devm_kzalloc(handle, a * b, gfp)

with:
        devm_kcalloc(handle, a * b, gfp)

as well as handling cases of:

        devm_kzalloc(handle, a * b * c, gfp)

with:

        devm_kzalloc(handle, array3_size(a, b, c), gfp)

as it's slightly less ugly than:

        devm_kcalloc(handle, array_size(a, b), c, gfp)

This does, however, attempt to ignore constant size factors like:

        devm_kzalloc(handle, 4 * 1024, gfp)

though any constants defined via macros get caught up in the conversion.

Any factors with a sizeof() of "unsigned char", "char", and "u8" were
dropped, since they're redundant.

Some manual whitespace fixes were needed in this patch, as Coccinelle
really liked to write "=devm_kcalloc..." instead of "= devm_kcalloc...".

The Coccinelle script used for this was:

ASoC: uniphier: add digital output volume for UniPhier sound system
This patch adds controllers for digital volume of PCM output. Volume
effects simply linear, not dB scale as follows:
  Gained PCM = Original * 0x4000 / Volume

The value range of volume is from 0x0001 to 0xffff. 0x0000 works as
mute. Initial value is 0x4000 (+0dB).

ASoC: uniphier: add syscon property for UniPhier sound system
This patch adds syscon property for specifying soc-glue core.

Currently, soc-glue core is used for changing the state of S/PDIF
signal output pin to signal output state or Hi-Z state. After
resetting of SoC Hi-Z state is selected. This driver set to signal
output state when syscon property is available.
