Since commit [e58aa3d2: genirq: Run irq handlers with interrupts disabled],
We run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled and we even check
and yell when an interrupt handler returns with interrupts enabled (see
commit [b738a50a: genirq: Warn when handler enables interrupts]).
So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed.

Mark interrupts with no_action handler, cascade interrupts, low level
interrupts (bus error, halt ..) with IRQF_NO_THREAD to exclude them
from forced threading.

Add missing #inclusions of <linux/irq.h> to a whole bunch of files that should
really include it. Note that this can replace #inclusions of <asm/irq.h>.
This is required for the patch to sort out irqflags handling function naming to
compile on MIPS.
The problem is that these files require access to things like setup_irq() -
which isn't available by #including <linux/interrupt.h>

Several static uninitialized variables are used in the scope of __init
functions but are themselves not marked as __initdata. This patch is to put
those variables to where they belong and to reduce the memory footprint a
little bit.
Also, a couple of lines with spaces instead of tabs were fixed.

The persistent clock of some architectures (e.g. s390) have a
better granularity than seconds. To reduce the delta between the
host clock and the guest clock in a virtualized system change the
read_persistent_clock function to return a struct timespec.

Some of the were relying into smp.h being dragged in by another header
which of course is fragile. <asm/cpu-info.h> uses smp_processor_id()
only in macros and including smp.h there leads to an include loop, so
don't change cpu-info.h.

In the near future, the driver core is going to not allow direct access
to the driver_data pointer in struct device. Instead, the functions
dev_get_drvdata() and dev_set_drvdata() should be used. These functions
have been around since the beginning, so are backwards compatible with
all older kernel versions.

The isa_slot_offset variable and its __ISA_IO_base macro is not used
anywhere anymore. It does not look like a decent interface per today's
standards either. Remove both including all places of initialization.

- EISA support for non PCI RMs (RM200 and RM400-xxx). The major part
is the splitting of the EISA and onboard ISA of the RM200, which
makes the EISA bus on the RM200 look like on other RMs.
- 64bit kernel support
- system type detection is now common for big and little endian
- moved sniprom code to arch/mips/fw
- added call_o32 function to arch/mips/fw/lib, which uses a private
stack for calling prom functions
- fix problem with ISA interrupts, which makes using PIT clockevent
possible

PCI host bridge setup for SNI RM machines with PCI is quite broken, now
that Linux does it's resource setup own its own. It will use IO addresses,
which are needed by the EISA config detection and assigns PCI memory
addresses, which overlap with ISA legacy addresses (video ram). Below
is a patch, which changes the way how the PCI memory addresses are
used and sets the minimum IO address to give enough IO space for
8 EISA slots). This patch needs the other PCI resource change, I've
posted.

Many Makefiles in arch/mips have EXTRA_AFLAGS := $(CFLAGS) line. This
is redundant while AFLAGS contains $(cflags-y) and any options only
listed in CFLAGS (not in cflags-y) should be unnecessary for asm
sources.
