9f72374cb5 docs: networking: convert rxrpc.txt to ReST 
- add SPDX header;
- adjust title markup;
- use autonumbered list markups;
- mark code blocks and literals as such;
- mark tables as such;
- adjust identation, whitespaces and blank lines where needed;
- add to networking/index.rst.

ca6e9049a0 docs: filesystems: convert afs.txt to ReST 
- Add a SPDX header;
- Adjust document and section titles;
- Comment out text-only ToC;
- Mark literal blocks as such;
- Add it to filesystems/index.rst.
