The tm6000 driver does not use the vb2 framework for streaming
video, instead it uses the old vb1 framework and nobody stepped in to
convert this driver to vb2.
The hardware is very old, so the decision was made to remove it
altogether since we want to get rid of the old vb1 framework.

The stkwebcam driver does not use the vb2 framework for streaming
video, instead it implements this in the driver. This is error prone,
and nobody stepped in to convert this driver to that framework.

To quote the TODO of this driver:
--------------------------------------------------------------
The driver is deprecated and scheduled for removal by the end
of 2020.
In order to prevent removal the following actions would have to
be taken:
- clean up the code
- convert to the vb2 framework
- fix the disconnect and free-on-last-user handling (i.e., add
a release callback for struct v4l2_device and rework the code
to use that correctly).
--------------------------------------------------------------
Nobody picked this up, so it's time to retire this driver.

After adding all cardlists, this file became too big. Split
it on smaller files, in order to make easier to maintain.
