It appears that the STM code didn't manage to accurately decypher the
delicate inner workings of an alternative thought process behind the
UUID API and directly called generate_random_uuid() that clearly needs
to be a static function in lib/uuid.c.
At the same time, said STM code is poking directly at the byte array
inside the uuid_t when it uses the UUID for its internal purposes.
Fix these two transgressions by using intended APIs instead.

Trace Buffer Extension (TRBE) implements a trace buffer per CPU which is
accessible via the system registers. The TRBE supports different addressing
modes including CPU virtual address and buffer modes including the circular
buffer mode. The TRBE buffer is addressed by a base pointer (TRBBASER_EL1),
an write pointer (TRBPTR_EL1) and a limit pointer (TRBLIMITR_EL1). But the
access to the trace buffer could be prohibited by a higher exception level
(EL3 or EL2), indicated by TRBIDR_EL1.P. The TRBE can also generate a CPU
private interrupt (PPI) on address translation errors and when the buffer
is full. Overall implementation here is inspired from the Arm SPE driver.

Add support for dedicated sinks that are bound to individual CPUs. (e.g,
TRBE). To allow quicker access to the sink for a given CPU bound source,
keep a percpu array of the sink devices. Also, add support for building
a path to the CPU local sink from the ETM.
This adds a new percpu sink type CORESIGHT_DEV_SUBTYPE_SINK_PERCPU_SYSMEM.
This new sink type is exclusively available and can only work with percpu
source type device CORESIGHT_DEV_SUBTYPE_SOURCE_PROC.
This defines a percpu structure that accommodates a single coresight_device
which can be used to store an initialized instance from a sink driver. As
these sinks are exclusively linked and dependent on corresponding percpu
sources devices, they should also be the default sink device during a perf
session.
Outwards device connections are scanned while establishing paths between a
source and a sink device. But such connections are not present for certain
percpu source and sink devices which are exclusively linked and dependent.
Build the path directly and skip connection scanning for such devices.

The context associated with an ETM for a given perf event
includes :
- handle -> the perf output handle for the AUX buffer.
- the path for the trace components
- the buffer config for the sink.
The path and the buffer config are part of the "aux_priv" data
(etm_event_data) setup by the setup_aux() callback, and made available
via perf_get_aux(handle).
Now with a sink supporting IRQ, the sink could "end" an output
handle when the buffer reaches the programmed limit and would try
to restart a handle. This could fail if there is not enough
space left the AUX buffer (e.g, the userspace has not consumed
the data). This leaves the "handle" disconnected from the "event"
and also the "perf_get_aux()" cleared. This all happens within
the sink driver, without the etm_perf driver being aware.
Now when the event is actually stopped, etm_event_stop()
will need to access the "event_data". But since the handle
is not valid anymore, we loose the information to stop the
"trace" path. So, we need a reliable way to access the etm_event_data
even when the handle may not be active.
This patch replaces the per_cpu handle array with a per_cpu context
for the ETM, which tracks the "handle" as well as the "etm_event_data".
The context notes the etm_event_data at etm_event_start() and clears
it at etm_event_stop(). This makes sure that we don't access a
stale "etm_event_data" as we are guaranteed that it is not
freed by free_aux() as long as the event is active and tracing,
also provides us with access to the critical information
needed to wind up a session even in the absence of an active
output_handle.
This is not an issue for the legacy sinks as none of them supports
an IRQ and is centrally handled by the etm-perf.

When a sink is not specified by the user, the etm perf driver
finds a suitable sink automatically, based on the first ETM
where this event could be scheduled. Then we allocate the
sink buffer based on the selected sink. This is fine for a
CPU bound event as the "sink" is always guaranteed to be
reachable from the ETM (as this is the only ETM where the
event is going to be scheduled). However, if we have a thread
bound event, the event could be scheduled on any of the ETMs
on the system. In this case, currently we automatically select
a sink and exclude any ETMs that cannot reach the selected
sink. This is problematic especially for 1x1 configurations.
We end up in tracing the event only on the "first" ETM,
as the default sink is local to the first ETM and unreachable
from the rest. However, we could allow the other ETMs to
trace if they all have a sink that is compatible with the
"selected" sink and can use the sink buffer. This can be
easily done by verifying that they are all driven by the
same driver and matches the same subtype. Please note
that at anytime there can be only one ETM tracing the event.
Adding support for different types of sinks for a single
event is complex and is not something that we expect
on a sane configuration.

When the kernel is running at EL2, the PID is stored in CONTEXTIDR_EL2.
So, tracing CONTEXTIDR_EL1 doesn't give us the pid of the process.
Thus we should trace the VMID with VMIDOPT set to trace CONTEXTIDR_EL2
instead of CONTEXTIDR_EL1. Given that we have an existing config
option "contextid" and this will be useful for tracing virtual machines
(when we get to support virtualization).
So instead, this patch extends option CTXTID with an extra bit
ETM_OPT_CTXTID2 (bit 15), thus on an EL2 kernel, we will have another
bit available for the perf tool: ETM_OPT_CTXTID is for kernel running in
EL1, ETM_OPT_CTXTID2 is used when kernel runs in EL2 with VHE enabled.
The tool must be backward compatible for users, i.e, "contextid" today
traces PID and that should remain the same; for this purpose, the perf
tool is updated to automatically set corresponding bit for the
"contextid" config, therefore, the user doesn't have to bother which EL
the kernel is running.
i.e, perf record -e cs_etm/contextid/u --
will always do the "pid" tracing, independent of the kernel EL.
The driver parses the format "contextid", which traces CONTEXTIDR_EL1
for ETM_OPT_CTXTID (on EL1 kernel) and traces CONTEXTIDR_EL2 for
ETM_OPT_CTXTID2 (on EL2 kernel).
Besides the enhancement for format "contexid", extra two formats are
introduced: "contextid1" and "contextid2". This considers to support
tracing both CONTEXTIDR_EL1 and CONTEXTIDR_EL2 when the kernel is
running at EL2. Finally, the PMU formats are defined as follow:
"contextid1": Available on both EL1 kernel and EL2 kernel. When the
kernel is running at EL1, "contextid1" enables the PID
tracing; when the kernel is running at EL2, this enables
tracing the PID of guest applications.
"contextid2": Only usable when the kernel is running at EL2. When
selected, enables PID tracing on EL2 kernel.
"contextid": Will be an alias for the option that enables PID
tracing. I.e,
contextid == contextid1, on EL1 kernel.
contextid == contextid2, on EL2 kernel.

In theory, the options should be arbitrary values and are neutral for
any ETM version; so far perf tool uses ETMv3.5/PTM ETMCR config bits
except for register's bit definitions, also uses as options.
This can introduce confusion, especially if we want to add a new option
but the new option is not supported by ETMv3.5/PTM ETMCR. But on the
other hand, we cannot change options since these options are generic
CoreSight PMU ABI.
For easier maintenance and avoid confusion, this patch refines the
comment to clarify perf options, and gives out the background info for
these bits are coming from ETMv3.5/PTM. Afterwards, we should take
these options as general knobs, and if there have any confliction with
ETMv3.5/PTM, should consider to define saperate macros for ETMv3.5/PTM
ETMCR config bits.

ETM architecture defines the system instructions for accessing
via register accesses. Add basic support for accessing a given
register via system instructions.
We split the list of registers as :

All registers are accessible via the memory-mapped interface.
However, some registers are not accessible via the system
instructions. This list is then used to further filter out
the files we expose via sysfs.

Some of the ETM management registers are not accessible via
system instructions. Thus we need to filter accesses to these
registers depending on the access mechanism for the ETM at runtime.
The driver can cope with this for normal operation, by regular
checks. But the driver also exposes them via sysfs, which now
needs to be removed.
So far, we have used the generic coresight sysfs helper macros
to export a given device register, defining a "show" operation
per register. This is not helpful to filter the files at runtime,
based on the access.
In order to do this dynamically, we need to filter the attributes
by offsets and hard coded "show" functions doesn't make this easy.
Thus, switch to extended attributes, storing the offset in the scratch
space. This allows us to implement filtering based on the offset and
also saves us some text size. This will be later used for determining
a given attribute must be "visible" via sysfs.

Convert all register accesses from etm4x driver to use a wrapper
to allow switching the access at runtime with little overhead.
co-developed by sed tool ;-), mostly equivalent to :
s/readl\(_relaxed\)\?(drvdata->base + \(.*\))/etm4x_\1_read32(csdev, \2)
s/writel\(_relaxed\)\?(\(.*\), drvdata->base + \(.*\))/etm4x_\1_write32(csdev, \2, \3)
We don't want to replace them with the csdev_access_* to
avoid a function call for every register access for system
register access. This is a prepartory step to add system
register access later where the support is available.

Prepare the TPIU driver to make use of the CoreSight device access
abstraction layer. The driver touches the device even before the
coresight device is registered. Thus we could be accessing the
devices without a csdev. As we are about to use the abstraction
layer for accessing the device, pass in the access directly
to avoid having to deal with the un-initialised csdev.

We are about to introduce support for sysreg access to ETMv4.4+
component. Since there are generic routines that access the
registers (e.g, CS_LOCK/UNLOCK , claim/disclaim operations, timeout)
and in order to preserve the logic of these operations at a
single place we introduce an abstraction layer for the accesses
to a given device.

All amba drivers return 0 in their remove callback. Together with the
driver core ignoring the return value anyhow, it doesn't make sense to
return a value here.
Change the remove prototype to return void, which makes it explicit that
returning an error value doesn't work as expected. This simplifies changing
the core remove callback to return void, too.

When the ETR is used in perf mode with a larger buffer (configured
via sysfs or the default size of 1M) than the perf aux buffer size,
we end up inserting the barrier packet at the wrong offset, while
moving the offset forward. i.e, instead of the "new moved offset",
we insert it at the current hardware buffer offset. These packets
will not be visible as they are never copied and could lead to
corruption in the trace decoding side, as the decoder is not aware
that it needs to reset the decoding.

There was a report of NULL pointer dereference in ETF enable
path for perf CS mode with PID monitoring. It is almost 100%
reproducible when the process to monitor is something very
active such as chrome and with ETF as the sink, not ETR.
But code path shows that ETB has a similar path as ETF, so
there could be possible NULL pointer dereference crash in
ETB as well. Currently in a bid to find the pid, the owner
is dereferenced via task_pid_nr() call in etb_enable_perf()
and with owner being NULL, we can get a NULL pointer
dereference, so have a similar fix as ETF where we cache PID
in alloc_buffer() callback which is called as the part of
etm_setup_aux().

Currently in a bid to find the pid, the owner is dereferenced
via task_pid_nr() call in tmc_enable_etf_sink_perf() and with
owner being NULL, we get a NULL pointer dereference.
Looking at the ETR and other places in the kernel, ETF and the
ETB are the only places trying to dereference the task(owner)
in tmc_enable_etf_sink_perf() which is also called from the
sched_in path as in the call trace. Owner(task) is NULL even
in the case of ETR in tmc_enable_etr_sink_perf(), but since we
cache the PID in alloc_buffer() callback and it is done as part
of etm_setup_aux() when allocating buffer for ETR sink, we never
dereference this NULL pointer and we are safe. So lets do the
same thing with ETF and cache the PID to which the cs_buffer
belongs in tmc_alloc_etf_buffer() as done for ETR. This will
also remove the unnecessary function calls(task_pid_nr()) since
we are caching the PID.
Easily reproducible running below:

Commit [bb1860efc8] changed the sink handling code introducing an
uninitialised pointer bug. This results in the default sink selection
failing.
Prior to commit:
static void etm_setup_aux(...)
<snip>
struct coresight_device *sink;
<snip>
/* First get the selected sink from user space. */
if (event->attr.config2) {
id = (u32)event->attr.config2;
sink = coresight_get_sink_by_id(id);
} else {
sink = coresight_get_enabled_sink(true);
}
<ctd>
*sink always initialised - possibly to NULL which triggers the
automatic sink selection.
After commit:
static void etm_setup_aux(...)
<snip>
struct coresight_device *sink;
<snip>
/* First get the selected sink from user space. */
if (event->attr.config2) {
id = (u32)event->attr.config2;
sink = coresight_get_sink_by_id(id);
}
<ctd>
*sink pointer uninitialised when not providing a sink on the perf command
line. This breaks later checks to enable automatic sink selection.

In commit f188b5e76a ("coresight: etm4x: Save/restore state

value was saved in trcvmidcctlr0 state variable which is used to
store TRCVMIDCCTLR0 register value in etm4x_cpu_save() and then
same value is written back to both TRCVMIDCCTLR0 and TRCVMIDCCTLR1
in etm4x_cpu_restore(). There is already a trcvmidcctlr1 state
variable available for TRCVMIDCCTLR1, so use it.

During module unload, a coresight driver module will call back into
the CTI driver to remove any links between the two devices.
The current code has 2 issues:-
1) in the CTI driver the matching code is matching to the wrong device
so misses all the links.
2) The callback is called too late in the unload process resulting in a
crash.
This fixes both the issues.

Coresight driver assumes sink is common across all the ETMs,
and tries to build a path between ETM and the first enabled
sink found using bus based search. This breaks sysFS usage
on implementations that has multiple per core sinks in
enabled state.
To fix this, coresight_get_enabled_sink API is updated to
do a connection based search starting from the given source,
instead of bus based search.
With sink selection using sysfs depecrated for perf interface,
provision for reset is removed as well in this API.

Moving from using an address filter to trace the default "all addresses"
range to no filtering to acheive the same result, has caused the perf
filtering of kernel/user address spaces from not working unless an
explicit address filter was used.
This is due to the original code using a side-effect of the address
filtering rather than setting the global TRCVICTLR exception level
filtering.
The use of the mode sysfs file is also similarly affected.
A helper function is added to fix both instances.

etm4_count keeps track of number of ETMv4 registered and on some systems,
a race is observed on etm4_count variable which can lead to multiple calls
to cpuhp_setup_state_nocalls_cpuslocked(). This function internally calls
cpuhp_store_callbacks() which prevents multiple registrations of callbacks
for a given state and due to this race, it returns -EBUSY leading to ETM
probe failures like below.
coresight-etm4x: probe of 7040000.etm failed with error -16
This race can easily be triggered with async probe by setting probe type
as PROBE_PREFER_ASYNCHRONOUS and with ETM power management property
"arm,coresight-loses-context-with-cpu".
Prevent this race by moving cpuhp callbacks to etm driver init since the
cpuhp callbacks doesn't have to depend on the etm4_count and can be once
setup during driver init. Similarly we move cpu_pm notifier registration
to driver init and completely remove etm4_count usage. Also now we can
use non cpuslocked version of cpuhp callbacks with this movement.

Adds a method to select a suitable sink connected to a given source.
In cases where no sink is defined, the coresight_find_default_sink
routine can search from a given source, through the child connections
until a suitable sink is found.
The suitability is defined in by the sink coresight_dev_subtype on the
CoreSight device, and the distance from the source by counting
connections.
Higher value subtype is preferred - where these are equal, shorter
distance from source is used as a tie-break.
This allows for default sink to be discovered were none is specified

Implement a shutdown callback to ensure ETR hardware is
properly shutdown in reboot/shutdown path. This is required
for ETR which has SMMU address translation enabled like on
SC7180 SoC and few others. If the hardware is still accessing
memory after SMMU translation is disabled as part of SMMU
shutdown callback in system reboot or shutdown path, then
IOVAs(I/O virtual address) which it was using will go on the
bus as the physical addresses which might result in unknown
crashes (NoC/interconnect errors). So we make sure from this
shutdown callback that the ETR is shutdown before SMMU translation
is disabled and device_link in SMMU driver will take care of
ordering of shutdown callbacks such that SMMU shutdown callback
is not called before any of its consumer shutdown callbacks.

On some Qualcomm Technologies Inc. SoCs like SC7180, there
exists a hardware errata where the APSS (Application Processor
SubSystem)/CPU watchdog counter is stopped when the trace unit
power up ETM register is set (TRCPDCR.PU = 1). Since the ETMs
share the same power domain as that of respective CPU cores,
they are powered on when the CPU core is powered on. So we can
skip powering up of trace unit after checking for this errata
via new property called "qcom,skip-power-up".

The current probe() function calls a pair of cpuhp_xxx API functions to
setup CPU hotplug handling. The hotplug lock is held for the duration of
the two calls and other CPU related code using cpus_read_lock() /
cpus_read_unlock() calls.
The problem is that on error states, goto: statements bypass the
cpus_read_unlock() call. This code has increased in complexity as the
driver has developed.
This patch introduces a pair of helper functions etm4_pm_setup_cpuslocked()
and etm4_pm_clear() which correct the issues above and group the PM code a
little better.
The two functions etm4_cpu_pm_register() and etm4_cpu_pm_unregister() are
dropped as these call cpu_pm_register_notifier() / ..unregister_notifier()
dependent on CONFIG_CPU_PM - but this define is used to nop these functions
out in the pm headers - so the wrapper functions are superfluous.

There were a couple problems with error handling in the probe function:
1) If the "drvdata" allocation failed then it lead to a NULL
dereference.
2) On several error paths we decremented "nr_cti_cpu" before it was
incremented which lead to a reference counting bug.
There were also some parts of the error handling which were not bugs but
were messy. The error handling was confusing to read. It printed some
unnecessary error messages.
The simplest way to fix these problems was to create a cti_pm_setup()
function that did all the power management setup in one go. That way
when we call cti_pm_release() we don't have to deal with the
complications of a partially configured power management config.
I reversed the "if (drvdata->ctidev.cpu >= 0)" condition in
cti_pm_release() so that it mirros the new cti_pm_setup() function.

There is a regular need in the kernel to provide a way to declare having a
dynamically sized set of trailing elements in a structure. Kernel code should
always use “flexible array members”[1] for these cases. The older style of
one-element or zero-length arrays should no longer be used[2].

sysfs reset was using this method, perf and default driver init were setup

On some QCOM platforms like SC7180, SDM845 and SM8150,
reading TMC mode register without proper coresight power
management can lead to async exceptions like the one in
the call trace below in tmc_read_prepare_etb(). This can
happen if the user tries to read the TMC etf data via
device node without setting up source and the sink first.
Fix this by having a check for coresight sysfs mode
before reading TMC mode management register.

On some systems the firmware may not describe all the ports
connected to a component (e.g, for security reasons). This
could be especially problematic for "funnels" where we could
end up in modifying memory beyond the allocated space for
refcounts.
e.g, for a funnel with input ports listed 0, 3, 5, nr_inport = 3.
However the we could access refcnts[5] while checking for
references, like :

Coresight device connections are a bit complicated and is not
exposed currently to the user. One has to look at the platform
descriptions (DT bindings or ACPI bindings) to make an understanding.
Given the new naming scheme, it will be helpful to have this information
to choose the appropriate devices for tracing. This patch exposes
the device connections via links in the sysfs directories.
e.g, for a connection devA[OutputPort_X] -> devB[InputPort_Y]
is represented as two symlinks:
/sys/bus/coresight/.../devA/out:X -> /sys/bus/coresight/.../devB
/sys/bus/coresight/.../devB/in:Y -> /sys/bus/coresight/.../devA

Dynamically adds sysfs attributes for all connections defined in the CTI.
Each connection has a triggers<N> sub-directory with name, in_signals,
in_types, out_signals and out_types as read-only parameters in the
directory. in_ or out_ parameters may be omitted if there are no in or
out signals for the connection.
Additionally each device has a nr_cons in the connections sub-directory.
This allows clients to explore the connection and trigger signal details
without needing to refer to device tree or specification of the device.
Standardised type information is provided for certain common functions -
e.g. snk_full for a trigger from a sink indicating full. Otherwise type
defaults to genio.

The CoreSight subsystem enables a path of devices from source to sink.
Any CTI devices associated with the path devices must be enabled at the
same time.
This patch adds an associated coresight_device element to the main
coresight device structure, and uses this to create associations between
the CTI and other devices based on the device tree data. The associated
device element is used to enable CTI in conjunction with the path elements.
CTI devices are reference counted so where a single CTI is associated with
multiple elements on the path, it will be enabled on the first associated
device enable, and disabled with the last associated device disable.

When tracing etm data of multiple threads on multiple cpus through perf
interface, some link devices are shared between paths of different cpus.
It creates race conditions when different cpus wants to enable/disable
the same link device at the same time.
Example 1:
Two cpus want to enable different ports of a coresight funnel, thus
calling the funnel enable operation at the same time. But the funnel
enable operation isn't reentrantable.
Example 2:
For an enabled coresight dynamic replicator with refcnt=1, one cpu wants
to disable it, while another cpu wants to enable it. Ideally we still have
an enabled replicator with refcnt=1 at the end. But in reality the result
is uncertain.
Since coresight devices claim themselves when enabled for self-hosted
usage, the race conditions above usually make the link devices not usable
after many cycles.
To fix the race conditions, this patch uses spinlocks to serialize
enabling/disabling link devices.

Coresight hardware is only likely to appear on Arm systems and currently
the core code has Arm-specific barrier operations in it so can't be
built anywhere else so add an explicit dependency saying so. This will
make no practical difference currently due to the way subsystems are
referenced, the subsystem is only pulled in on arm and arm64, so mainly
serves as documentation in case someone wants to increase build

Currently it is not possible to view the current settings of a given
address comparator without knowing what type it is set to. For example, if
a comparator is set as an addr_start comparator, attempting to read
addr_stop for the same index will result in an error.
addr_cmp_view is added to allow the user to see the current settings of
the indexed address comparator without resorting to trial and error when
the set type is not known.

Setting include / exclude on a range had to be done by setting
the bit in 'mode' before setting the range. However, setting this
bit also had the effect of altering the current range as well.
Changed to only set include / exclude setting of a range at the point of
setting that range. Either use a 3rd input parameter as the include exclude
value, or if not present use the current value of 'mode'. Do not change
current range when 'mode' changes.

Fixes the following issues when using the ETMv4 start-stop logic.
1) Setting a start or a stop address should not automatically set the
start-stop status to 'on'. The value set by the user in 'mode' must
be respected or start instances could be missed.
2) Missing API for controlling TRCVIPCSSCTLR - start stop control by
PE comparators.
3) Default ETM configuration sets a trace all range, and correctly sets
the start-stop status bit. This was not being correctly reflected in
the 'mode' parameter.

Some hardware will ignore bit TRCPDCR.PU which is used to signal
to hardware that power should not be removed from the trace unit.
Let's mitigate against this by conditionally saving and restoring
the trace unit state when the CPU enters low power states.
This patchset introduces a firmware property named
'arm,coresight-loses-context-with-cpu' - when this is present the
hardware state will be conditionally saved and restored.
A module parameter 'pm_save_enable' is also introduced which can
be configured to override the firmware property. This can be set
to never allow save/restore or to conditionally allow it (only for
self-hosted). The default value is determined by firmware.
We avoid saving the hardware state when self-hosted coresight isn't
in use to reduce PM latency - we can't determine this by reading the
claim tags (TRCCLAIMCLR) as these are 'trace' registers which need
power and clocking, something we can't easily provide in the PM
context. Therefore we rely on the existing drvdata->mode internal
state that is set when self-hosted coresight is used (and powered).

"In this cycle we've finally managed to contribute the patch set
sorting out LED naming issues. Besides that there are many changes
scattered among various LED class drivers and triggers.
LED naming related improvements:
- add new 'function' and 'color' fwnode properties and deprecate
'label' property which has been frequently abused for conveying
vendor specific names that have been available in sysfs anyway
- introduce a set of standard LED_FUNCTION* definitions
- introduce a set of standard LED_COLOR_ID* definitions
- add a new {devm_}led_classdev_register_ext() API with the
capability of automatic LED name composition basing on the
properties available in the passed fwnode; the function is
backwards compatible in a sense that it uses 'label' data, if
present in the fwnode, for creating LED name
- add tools/leds/get_led_device_info.sh script for retrieving LED
vendor, product and bus names, if applicable; it also performs
basic validation of an LED name

This patch adds barrier packets in the trace stream when the offset in the
data buffer needs to be moved forward. Otherwise the decoder isn't aware
of the break in the stream and can't synchronise itself with the trace
data.

If less space is available in the perf ring buffer than the ETR buffer,
barrier packets inserted in the trace stream by tmc_sync_etr_buf() are
skipped over when the head of the buffer is moved forward, resulting in
traces that can't be decoded.
This patch decouples the process of syncing ETR buffers and the addition
of barrier packets in order to perform the latter once the offset in the
trace buffer has been properly computed.

When tracing etm data of multiple threads on multiple cpus through
perf interface, each cpu has a unique etr_perf_buffer while sharing
the same etr device. There is no guarantee that the last cpu starts
etm tracing also stops last. This makes perf_data check fail.
Fix it by checking etr_buf instead of etr_perf_buffer.
Also move the code setting and clearing perf_buf to more suitable
places.

TMC etr always copies all available data to perf aux buffer, which
may exceed the available space in perf aux buffer. It isn't suitable
for not-snapshot mode, because:
1) It may overwrite previously written data.
2) It may make the perf_event_mmap_page->aux_head report having more
or less data than the reality.
So change to only copy the latest data fitting the available space in
perf aux buffer.

To improve clarity, let's update the comment for etm4_os_unlock
to use the name of the register as per the ETM architecture
specification.
The existing comment is also misleading as it suggests any value
written to TRCOSLAR unlocks the trace registers, however it must
be '0' - let's also correct this.

Synchronization is recommended before disabling the trace registers
to prevent any start or stop points being speculative at the point
of disabling the unit (section 7.3.77 of ARM IHI 0064D).
Synchronization is also recommended after programming the trace
registers to ensure all updates are committed prior to normal code
resuming (section 4.3.7 of ARM IHI 0064D).
Let's ensure these syncronization points are present in the code
and clearly commented.
Note that we could rely on the barriers in CS_LOCK and
coresight_disclaim_device_unlocked or the context switch to user
space - however coresight may be of use in the kernel.
On armv8 the mb macro is defined as dsb(sy) - Given that the etm4x is
only used on armv8 let's directly use dsb(sy) instead of mb(). This
removes some ambiguity and makes it easier to correlate the code with
the TRM.
