On my box I see a bunch of ping/nettest processes hanging
around after fcntal-test.sh is done.
Clean those up before netns deletion.

Test that applications binding listening sockets to VRFs without
specifying TCP_MD5SIG_FLAG_IFINDEX will work as expected. This would
be broken if __tcp_md5_do_lookup always made a strict comparison on
l3index. See this email:
https://lore.kernel.org/netdev/209548b5-27d2-2059-f2e9-2148f5a0291b@gmail.com/
Applications using tcp_l3mdev_accept=1 and a single global socket (not
bound to any interface) also should have a way to specify keys that are
only for the default VRF, this is done by --force-bind-key-ifindex
without otherwise binding to a device.

There are several test cases in the net directory are still using
exit 0 or exit 1 when they need to be skipped. Use kselftest
framework skip code instead so it can help us to distinguish the
return status.
Criterion to filter out what should be fixed in net directory:
grep -r "exit [01]" -B1 | grep -i skip
This change might cause some false-positives if people are running
these test scripts directly and only checking their return codes,
which will change from 0 to 4. However I think the impact should be
small as most of our scripts here are already using this skip code.
And there will be no such issue if running them with the kselftest
framework.

nettest started with -r as the remote address for MD5 passwords.
The -m argument was added to use prefixes with a length when that
feature was added to the kernel. Since -r is used to specify
remote address for client mode, change nettest to only use -m
for MD5 passwords and update fcnal-test script.

Depending on the order of the routes to fe80::/64 are installed on the
VRF table, the NS for the source link-local address of the originator
might be sent to the wrong interface.
This patch ensures that packets with link-local addr source is doing a
lookup with the orig_iif when the destination addr indicates that it
is strict.
Add the reproducer as a use case in self test script fcnal-test.sh.

The recent MD5 tests added duplicate configuration in the default VRF.
This change exposed a bug in existing tests designed to verify no
connection when client and server are not in the same domain. The
server should be running bound to the vrf device with the client run
in the default VRF (the -2 option is meant for validating connection
data). Fix the option for both tests.
While technically this is a bug in previous releases, the tests are
properly failing since the default VRF does not have any routing
configuration so there really is no need to backport to prior releases.
