d66a4c20ae firmware: stratix10-svc: fix error handle while alloc/add device failed
If add device "stratix10-rsu" failed in stratix10_svc_drv_probe(),
the 'svc_fifo' and 'genpool' need be freed in the error path.

If allocate or add device "intel-fcs" failed in stratix10_svc_drv_probe(),
the device "stratix10-rsu" need be unregistered in the error path.

Extend Intel Stratix10 service layer driver to support new RSU
DCMF status reporting.

The status of each DCMF is reported. The currently used DCMF is used as

79b936254a firmware: stratix10-svc: add FCS polling command
Introduce a new SMC command INTEL_SIP_SMC_FUNCID_SERVICE_COMPLETED
that polls if a previous asynchronous command was completed. This
SMC command is used by the new FPGA Crypto Service (FCS).
A basic example is that the FCS sends an AES data encryption
call to the secure device manager(SDM) and waits for the completion
of the operation by continuously polling the results with the new
command.

5a0793ac66 firmware: stratix10-svc: fix a missing check on list iterator
The bug is here:
	pmem->vaddr = NULL;

The list iterator 'pmem' will point to a bogus position containing
HEAD if the list is empty or no element is found. This case must
be checked before any use of the iterator, otherwise it will
lead to a invalid memory access.

To fix this bug, just gen_pool_free/set NULL/list_del() and return
when found, otherwise list_del HEAD and return;

7536ad8dbf firmware: fpga: replace the error codes with the standard ones
The Intel service layer driver has defined error codes for the
specific services, which started from FPGA configuration then RSU
(Remote Status Update).

Intel service layer driver should define the standard error codes
rather than keep adding more error codes for the new services.

The standard error codes will be used by all the clients of Intel service
layer driver.

Replace FPGA and RSU specific error codes with Intel service layer’s
Common error codes.

b5dc75c915 firmware: stratix10-svc: extend svc to support new RSU features
Extend Intel Stratix10 service layer driver to support new RSU notify and
MAX_RETRY with watchdog event.

RSU is used to provide our customers with protection against loading bad

RSU notifies provides users with an API to notify the firmware of the
state of hard processor system.

To deal with watchdog event, RSU provides a way for user to retry the
current running image several times before giving up and starting normal
RSU failover flow.

b50584832b firmware: stratix10-svc: fix wrong of_node_put() in init function
After finding a "firmware" dt node stratix10 tries to match it's
compatible string with it. To do so it's calling of_find_matching_node()
which already takes care of decreasing the refcount on the "firmware"
node. We are then incorrectly decreasing the refcount on that node
again.

This patch removes the unwarranted call to of_node_put().

7ca5ce8965 firmware: add Intel Stratix10 service layer driver
Some features of the Intel Stratix10 SoC require a level of privilege
higher than the kernel is granted. Such secure features include
FPGA programming. In terms of the ARMv8 architecture, the kernel runs
at Exception Level 1 (EL1), access to the features requires
Exception Level 3 (EL3).

The Intel Stratix10 SoC service layer provides an in kernel API for
drivers to request access to the secure features. The requests are queued
and processed one by one. ARM’s SMCCC is used to pass the execution
of the requests on to a secure monitor (EL3).

The header file stratix10-sve-client.h defines the interface between
service providers (FPGA manager is one of them) and service layer.

The header file stratix10-smc.h defines the secure monitor call (SMC)
message protocols used for service layer driver in normal world
(EL1) to communicate with secure monitor SW in secure monitor exception
level 3 (EL3).
