40fe78a242 coresight: Remove %px for printing pcsr value
The driver prints pcsr twice: the first time it uses specifier %px to
print hexadecimal pcsr value and the second time uses specifier %pS for
output kernel symbols.

As suggested by Kees, using %pS should be sufficient and %px isn't
necessary; the reason is if the pcsr is a kernel space address, we can
easily get to know the code line from %pS format, on the other hand, if
the pcsr value doesn't fall into kernel space range (e.g. if the CPU is
stuck in firmware), %pS also gives out pcsr hexadecimal value.

So this commit removes useless %px and update section "Output format"
in the document for alignment between the code and document.

24f0d316fd doc: coresight: correct usage for disabling idle states
In the coresight CPU debug document it suggests to use 'echo' command
to set latency request to /dev/cpu_dma_latency so can disable all CPU
idle states, but in fact this doesn't work.

This is because when the command 'echo' exits, it releases the device
node's file descriptor and the kernel release function removes the QoS
constraint; finally when the command 'echo' finished there have no
constraint imposed on cpu_dma_latency.

This patch changes to use 'exec' to access '/dev/cpu_dma_latency', the
command 'exec' can avoid the file descriptor to be closed so we can
keep the constraint on cpu_dma_latency.

This patch also adds the info for reference docs for PM QoS and cpuidle
sysfs.

0cd555c351 doc: Add documentation for Coresight CPU debug
Add detailed documentation for Coresight CPU debug driver, which
contains the info for driver implementation, Mike Leach excellent
summary for "clock and power domain". At the end some examples on how
to enable the debugging functionality are provided.
