If these aren't sorted alphabetically, then the logical choice is to
append new ones, however that creates a lot of potential for conflicts
because every change will then add new includes in the same location.

Attempt to invoke the prepare_idle() and do_idle() firmware calls
to power down a CPU so an underlying firmware gets informed of
the idle operation and performs it by itself if designed in such a way.

This supports CPU core power down on each CPU when CPU idle. When CPU go
into this state, it saves it's context and needs a proper configuration
in flow controller to power gate the CPU when CPU runs into WFI
instruction. And the CPU also needs to set the IRQ as CPU power down idle
wake up event in flow controller.

The en_core_tk_irqen flag is set in all the cpuidle driver which
means it is not necessary to specify this flag.
Remove the flag and the code related to it.

dev->state_count is initialized automatically by
cpuidle_register_device().
When drv->state_count is equal to dev->state_count, no need to init
this field, so removing it.
