Joe Perches	b3818394cc	iwlwifi: Remove extern from function prototypes ... There are a mix of function prototypes with and without extern in the kernel sources. Standardize on not using extern for function prototypes. Function prototypes don't need to be written with extern. extern is assumed by the compiler. Johannes Berg	1023fdc485	iwlwifi: move DVM code into subdirectory ... Since we're working on another mode/driver inside iwlwifi, move the current one into a subdirectory to more cleanly separate the code. While at it, rename all the files.
