For the dvb-frontends that are now part of the documentation,
complete the kernel-doc markups, in order for them to be
properly used at the driver's kAPI documentation.

Now, the Kernel checks for kernel_doc format issues.
Weird enough, it didn't get any of those troubles. Shssst!
Well, let's fix it, as a preventive way to avoid having
hundreds of new warnings on some next Linux version.
Tested by adding all files under dvb-frontends that have
"/**" on them.

If the USB driver is enabled but the demodulator is not, we get a link error:
ERROR: "zd1301_demod_get_dvb_frontend" [drivers/media/usb/dvb-usb-v2/zd1301.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "zd1301_demod_get_i2c_adapter" [drivers/media/usb/dvb-usb-v2/zd1301.ko] undefined!
Such a configuration obviously makes no sense, but we should not fail
the build. This tries to mimic what we have for other drivers by turning
the build failure into a runtime failure.
Alternatively we could use an unconditional 'select' or 'depends on' to enforce
a sane configuration.

ZyDAS ZD1301 is chip having USB interface and DVB-T demodulator
integrated. This driver is for demodulator part.
Driver is very reduced, just basic demodulator functionality, no
statistics at all. It registers as a platform driver to driver core.
