perfcounters: add PERF_COUNT_BUS_CYCLES
Generalize "bus cycles" hw events - and map them to CPU_CLK_Unhalted.Ref on x86. (which is a good enough approximation) Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>
