docs: kref: Clarify the use of two kref_put() in example code

So let's clarify that a bit. Signed-off-by: Manivannan Sadhasivam <manivannan.sadhasivam@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Jonathan Corbet <corbet@lwn.net>
