Bluetooth: btintel: Add DSBR support for BlazarIW, BlazarU and GaP
Add DSBR support for BlazarIW, BlazarU and Gale Peak2 cores.
Refer commit eb9e749c01
("Bluetooth: btintel: Allow configuring drive
strength of BRI") for details about DSBR.
