From aa125f313d8e7d04bf001175dadeabaf8723c00b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: "Gustavo A. R. Silva" Date: Fri, 21 Feb 2020 09:32:33 -0600 Subject: [PATCH] firmware: google: vpd: Replace zero-length array with flexible-array member MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit There is a regular need in the kernel to provide a way to declare having a dynamically sized set of trailing elements in a structure. Kernel code should always use “flexible array members”[1] for these cases. The older style of one-element or zero-length arrays should no longer be used[2].
