Merge branches 'acpi-pnp' and 'acpi-pci'

* acpi-pnp:
  ACPI / PNP: Use ACPI_COMPANION() instead of ACPI_HANDLE()
  ACPI / PNP: do ACPI binding directly

* acpi-pci:
  ACPI / PCI: Use ACPI_COMPANION() instead of ACPI_HANDLE()
