btrfs: print-tree: pass const extent buffer pointer
Since print-tree infrastructure only prints the content of a tree block, we can make them to accept const extent buffer pointer. This removes a forced type convert in extent-tree, where we convert a const extent buffer pointer to regular one, just to avoid compiler warning.
