NFC: Add RAW socket type support for SOCKPROTO_RAW
This allows for a more generic NFC sniffing by using SOCKPROTO_RAW SOCK_RAW to read RAW NFC frames. This is for sniffing anything but LLCP (HCI, NCI, etc...).
