{pktgen, xfrm} Correct xfrm_state_lock usage in xfrm_stateonly_find
Acquiring xfrm_state_lock in process context is expected to turn BH off, as this lock is also used in BH context, namely xfrm state timer handler. Otherwise it surprises LOCKDEP with below messages.
